Now, I have a court order for funds that he owes me yet he's refusing to pay. I'm not the first. He's scammed lots of people and you should be aware. Read my demand letter for yourself. Everything that I asked to be refunded is within reason and the Judge 100% agreed. You can't put out half built equipment and decor HOURS after the event start time and not compensate for that. You can't sit down and enjoy my food and drinks (which we have photographed) while the setup is incompelete yet I'm running around like crazy trying to pick up his slack and missing time with my guests at my own event! This is beyond poor business practice. I'm sure he can have alot of successful events but this was not one of them and he should make things right. I chose his business specifically because I wanted to support Black owned businesses with this party I threw. I whole heartedly regret giving this vendor a chance. He's rude, arrogant and irresponsible. He admitted to several wrong doings on his part and promised me $700+ back. He thought he could throw me a few dollars as a partial refund and that I would go away. So, then I took him to court for the full amount I felt I was owed. Again, there's now a written court order for him to pay me back and he refuses. Choose wisely because you don't want to be in my shoes fighting for your hard earned money. I do not recommend. Zero stars.

Ask someone there for a ballon shaped like a fish for a last minute Halloween costume and they'll give you a blank stare, point at the ceiling and say, "all our balloons are on display." So I ask Siri who sells balloons near me and she comes back with Balloonitude. What a find! I walked in and I'm met with adorable balloon displays, smiles and "how can we help you?" from the owners. I explain I'm looking for a fish shaped balloon and am offered Nemo, a dolphin, a whale, all neatly catalogued. I explain Nemo would be okay, but what I'm really hoping to find is a goldfish. A short search reveals a lack of goldfish in shiny Mylar. But because Balloonitude is awesome, the owner twists up a custom fish balloon-animal-style. It's cute, and it's perfect. I will definitely go back when I need party balloons. You should, too.
