Since then…read moreI've needed their technicians to come repair it on 12/11/2024, 12/31/2024, 1/2/2025, and have had technicians from other HVAC companies (Isaac and Holbrook) come out to attempt get it working on 12/5/2024, 1/16/2025, 6/6/2025. Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.

My wife is in tears and has 3 hours of cleaning so far after they left , and she's not done. I watched as he used compressed air to clean off his Flexible tool into my SHOWER ! The air diffuser inside the house weren't taped properly allowing dust everywhere. After they left we called and Adon the manager apologized and offered to vacuum the furniture. Angel came and vacuumed , we told him we hear rattling in the squirrel cage when the furnace turns on . Two days later a HVAC tech came out, on a Sunday and found a fistful of debris in the cage and a plastic ball in the heat exchanger . Pictures enclosed . The expensive filters we bought were clogged for a 3rd time since our duct cleaning . Adonis offered the tech fee . But we agreed the foam installed to keep dirt out of my furnace failed . Over $1k spent . A compromised furnace now . I'm a retired Codes inspector, and Carrier trained tech as well , so I know I'm going to potentially have issues going forward . I came in recently to adopt a pet. I was pre approved and allowed to play with the kitties and…read moreended up adopting one. (I went to the shelter 2x) I thought the younger volunteers were friendly, but the woman who processes the adoptions (maybe she runs the place) extremely indifferent rude very snarky and difficult to speak with on both encounters I had with her at the shelter. I got the vibe from both her and the animal control officer that my decision to only adopt the female kitten and not the male cat in the community room was litterally going to be the end of the world as I overheard both of them commenting about poor _____ and the loss of his buddy _____ etc. Very passive aggressive behavior and very unprofessional - no matter they gladly took my money and I left with my beautiful kitty. If you see a beautiful cat or dog on their site hold your nose and deal with her bad attitude - My girly is sweet as pie and AND I will find her a buddy elsewhere. P.s. I think they could use a donation of gravel to fix their road and parking lot it's an adventure in potholes that will eat your car.
