Every person is so kind and caring and want to help no matter how big or small. I see Allie, twice a week and she has made me not wake up in pain for the first time since my stroke. This isn't any normal PT, they don't do the same thing every time and send you home with more at home exercises then you normally do in the hour you are seen. They work with you. They care about you. They want you to be, in my case, pain-free, and better after every session. Truthfully, whenever I have to move I am going to be crushed to leave my friend here at NPT & Co. And the ON shoes, sooooo amazing! they took a while to convince me and now I am sad it took me so long. my knee doesn't hurt as much after standing on my feet and I don't have to ask someone to tie my shoes. which being 26, and not being able to tie your shoes sucks and there were no cute alternatives! until these, super cute and super reliable.

From my very first visit with Bert Brier and his team, I knew I was in the right place. Bert is extremely knowledgeable and supportive, but he also pushes you in all the right ways. He had me working through the pain to build strength, and before long, I was back on my Peloton--something I had completely given up on. I went three times a week over the summer, and the difference has been incredible. I'm now almost pain-free, sleeping through the night again, and back to my regular activities. I honestly thought knee replacement surgery was my only option, but now I'm holding off because I feel so much better. I can't say enough good things about Bert and everyone at Pappas.
