At first i walked into the other Sunglass hut at this outlets mall. They were very dismissive. I got frustrated and out of breathe i went to ste. 1314. The manager Janeth unfortunately got the end of my frustration but she was very sweet and professional and told me the information i received was incorrect and that i would have to pay for a new pair. Long story short. I called customer service to figure out what my options were because i drove and sat in traffic and was dismissed by another store. Basically. I was upset. I calmed down after talking to customer service. walked back into the store. First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

Since my glasses were still under warranty he said he would process it. Mark was a great help and definitely helped me. I appreciate all the help because these glasses were a pretty penny! There are glasses of all different prices so that's great for those with budget expenses.
