She spoke to me in a rude and condescending tone, raised her voice at me, pointed her finger at me, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable and upsetting. What makes this worse is that I spent money on glasses that I cannot properly utilize and was never clearly informed about my options beforehand. Customer service and communication were handled very poorly. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic based on how patients are treated. Muy mala experiencia. My 13 year old son was struggling to choose his very first pair of glasses, and they let us take all the time we needed. At one point, a staff member mentioned that if he didn't see anything he liked, they'd provide his prescription so we could look around, no pressure at all. That completely sealed the deal for me. Our last place was so difficult about giving me my prescription, so experiencing this level of genuine customer service was amazing. Fair prices and top tier service! They all take the time to examine you carefully and also to listen and answer your questions throughly. The front office staff is also experienced, friendly, helpful, and efficient. On a few occasions they have helped us to get the best product for the best price even if was at a different business. If necessary, you can always get your prescription from them and get it filled elsewhere. Their parking lot is pretty small and the entrance and exit are very narrow, so be careful driving and parking here. There is a light to get in and out of their business and it is needed as the street is busy. Even though spaces are limited, we have always been able to get a spot. Recommend giving these guys a try.

I also felt like the prices were expensive and I would love to see more of a variety. I wish I would've gotten my frames at Costco because I ended up paying more than $100 even after insurance.
