He explained the risks of trying to repair them and was careful with them. He successfully bent them back in place in under 5 minutes. They fit perfectly again! This is the best ever place to get glasses and sunglasses. I took in my prescription and Slava and Irene both immediately pulled out glass frames they thought would suit me and reviewed them all on me. They are ALL beautiful frames, you can't go wrong here. They are made in house, I have a strong prescription but the glass used in the frames is super thin. The service is so helpful and honestly I've never seen such beautiful choices. Updated review after my first purchase: I am so grateful and happyyyy!!! I have been struggling a lot after sceral buckle surgery this year, and Optical Universe has been such a life saver. I have a complicated prescription, a narrow bridge, and love square frames. Slava, Tracey, and the team hooked me up with top of the line lenses with all the coatings I needed to make my eyes comfortable, and it was a lot. I was very needy, lol. I was told to bring them in. When I arrived everyone there was about as nice a person as you could be. They fixed my glasses right up in about 2 minutes. I tried to pay them and they wouldn't let me.
