NEW WARNING DO NOT GO HERE…read more Let me start off by saying this place has ZERO regards for their patients. They are quick to bill the insurance for 6 months but still having zero idea what's wrong with me. Making the patient feel like it's their fault for not knowing the underlining cause when trying to advocate for themselves. In the doctor's words "Must be having some type of placebo effect." Which is crazy because no other medication made a difference in my health but after begging the doctor to just put me on fluconazole ( prescription for valley fever ) I started to notice a difference in my health no more fatigue , no more migraines, and no more achy joints. Explained this to the doctor they had speak to me due to my doctor going on vacation. He was ABSOLUTELY RUDE , inconsiderate to my health & well being. I had blood work done total of 2 test , One test came back positive & one came back negative. Instead of looking further into this he Argued with me about what else I could do to see what's going on. In his own words "You didn't make an appointment this is free help. I'm late to my next appointment so?" I've been to the emergency room for this same issue multiple times . Paperwork stating they do see an issue / inflammation & to Contact my primary care doctor. My health has only declined with this facility & the lack of care. Only recently after begging the office manager to look into this. The doctor starts semi listening because now he's upset that I made a complaint. In 2022 I was diagnosed with valley fever, Come to find out I might have it again. I've been in their care for multiple months and my health only declined due to lack of care. They are quick to turn around and make you feel like you're the issue if they can't figure out the underlining cause for your visit. When trying to advocate for myself I've had the doctor personally argue with me infront of my wife because he has zero clue what's wrong. As the doctor gets upset because I'm confused asking questions and what's the next step for a health plan. Very quick to pass it off to the next person that has zero clue about my health. Also spoke with the office manager due to the referral department messing up not sending my referrals to the right place & leaving multiple voicemails even having my wife call in. Zero response within 48hrs , so I personally walked in to speak with the manager. Even when the manager called went straight to voicemail. Being said I'm going multiple days without the referrals while the place I needed the referrals for getting booked out farther & farther . Seemed like she cared for the patient's health but when I call in to express my concerns it's clearly not as important as it was when we had spoke face to face. This place needs to be audited because when asking for all of the visits my insurance has paid for they cannot provide it to me. The manager put on notice November 1st 9:46am needed all information. On 12/11/23 Manager could not provide information due to being "Short Staffed" RED FLAG I have still not received all my paperwork. I have been going to west side internal medicine for multiple years now. My father also visits this same facility. As I'm writing this we both are making complaints to our insurance. Save yourself the headache like I did by finding somewhere that ACTUALLY CARES!

The email says " there is a $150 cancellation fee for new patients who do not show up at least 30 minutes early". WTH!! I called to get clarification on the appointment time because I'm a new patient - so shouldn't my appointment time some of that and because I am working - with only 45 minutes drive time prior to appointment. Perhaps I could move the appointment later? I have never spoken to somebody somebody with such a bad attitude before. So I decided to cancel the appointment. And when she said " why" I explained that overcharging for late shows and not clarifying appointment times isn't something I can do, she responded "ok..." and while she hung up I heard her say "stupid bitc***" Horrific! Edited to add - I'm glad I dodged a bullet! Magdalena who is gaslighting the patient experiences is the dr's daughter and practice manager - gross! Have had a few doctors as some will go to other locations or other practices. I have a terrible time getting blood draws for testing, and they work with me to make sure I get someone that has good success getting blood with minimal discomfort. Ashley doesn't do blood draws anymore as she is a health coach, but they make sure she is available to work with me when needed. I call that care and compassion!
