I am contacted early to get my preferred dates. For the past few years Aaron has been doing the install. He is very communicative, pleasant, knowledgeable and punctual. This year he put up our lights in the pouring rain! Last year it was done in the dark! Since we have had our lights done previously Aaron already knew how we wanted it done. I was scheduled for a Thursday morning install, but their vehicle had mechanical issues and they had to get another employee. So Nic arrived a little early but ready to go. Nic was very professional and helpful. After testing some of my lights we realized many didn't work, and we would need more. Nic not only recommended the exact lights I should get, he actually went to the store and got them himself! Hugely helpful in a crunch! He installed everything, and even improvised a bit with some lights he had in his car that would work better than what I had. Lighting looks great, very professional. Raymond did a phenomenal job lighting our home for Christmas this year. We chose multi-color LEDs and he set everything up expertly. We had no idea the end result would look so sensational. It's just breathtakingly beautiful. Raymond worked really hard to "trim" our two-story home and surround windows and garage doors with smaller LEDs to complement the larger C9s along the roofline. I called yesterday to get a quote and was so happy that Cory had a cancellation in his day and was able to get to us so quickly. With 2020 being such a crappy year, we wanted to hang our lights early to bring as much joy into our home and neighborhood as possible. Steve and his crew are regular people that treat others with kindness and respect not because they have to, but because that's who they are. They fixed a leaky pipe in my backyard without having to pull up my pavers and then they fixed a pipe in my front planter that solved low pressure on my drip lines. No fuss, no extra charges or unnecessary parts and labor. Steve's team obviously have deep knowledge and experience but what makes them so great is that they communicate clearly and are enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend them.

I had broken sprinklers. They weren't covering the whole lawn, and some of it was turning brown. One section was getting flooded and another section wasn't receiving any water at all. He replaced sprinkler heads and put in new ones where needed. Now all of my lawn in the front and the back is getting watered the way it should. He programmed the timer for me. He was here so long. I thought he might be hungry so I brought out the Costco chocolate chip cookies as a treat for him and his daughter.

They claimed that they did. They asked for photos of the dirty windows to confirm. I don't live at the property, it is a rental I manage. I sent them photos a few days later when I was back at the property. Their policy is that they have a satisfaction guarantee, and they will make it right if it is reported within 24 hours. Even though I made them aware of the issue within 24 hours, they would not honor their guarantee because I didn't send them photos until a few days later. The rest of the home was cleaned sufficiently, and they otherwise have great communication. But it is disheartening that after alerting them of the issue, they made no attempt to resolve it. Save your money, hire a cleaner that will stand by their word and their work. Side note: they offered to refund me $20 for the windows, but that doesn't do me any good. Nobody is going to show up just to clean the windows for $20. Including them! Now it falls on me.

He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

My photos speak quite clearly and loudly about the poor quality of their work. In one photo, the bottom left corner of my kitchen countertop was left with a spiderweb and dead little spiders, showing their lack of thoroughness. Another photo shows the sliding door section between my living room and patio, which I had specifically requested to be washed thoroughly, but it was clearly neglected. I was not trying to pay less per hour; I was willing to pay for a quality service. However, instead of addressing the issues and fixing the situation, they blamed their poor performance on a lack of English proficiency. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone who is actually trying to get their house cleaned. It was a complete waste of money. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable cleaning service. I paid for 2.5hrs

This is the third year that we have used Optimal Lighting (previously under a different name) to decorate a very large, spreading Black Pine tree in front of our house. This year, they did an amazing job. Raymond and Nik arrived within the scheduled time window and really listened to what I wanted. The branches were wrapped perfectly, and the lights in the needles were laid just as I liked. In the past, the tree has taken longer than expected and not finished well, but this year, they finished on time and more than met my expectations. My only complaint is that I didn't have enough lights for them to use in the high part of the tree. I will get more lights and will definitely use Optimal in the future. read more
