I was told that while it cost more, it was a long-term investment in my appearance and that I would be happy with the outcome. They also tried to upsell me on a chin augmentation, which I ultimately declined because it felt excessive for what I was initially seeking. While I understand that healing can take time, I'm still seeing issues that are hard to ignore. The right side of my face has several areas where it looks like fat was removed, leaving visible hollows, along with a small blemish-like bump and a dimple on my upper cheek -- none of which were there prior to surgery. I used to feel confident favoring that side of my face, but now I find myself covering it daily with makeup and my hair. The most troubling result has been the lower blepharoplasty. It seems excessive fat was removed from under my eyes, resulting in a sunken, hollowed appearance.
