They also tried to upsell me on a chin augmentation, which I ultimately declined because it felt excessive for what I was initially seeking. While I understand that healing can take time, I'm still seeing issues that are hard to ignore. The right side of my face has several areas where it looks like fat was removed, leaving visible hollows, along with a small blemish-like bump and a dimple on my upper cheek -- none of which were there prior to surgery. First, your threats of legal action for expressing my opinion are not only unfounded but a blatant misunderstanding of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which protects my right to freedom of speech. Unless I'm spreading false information with malicious intent, which I am not, I cannot be sued for defamation. As a patient, I have every right to share my experience, whether positive or negative, so that others can make informed decisions. Medical school may not have taught you about political science or emotional intelligence, but as a future practitioner in mental health, I suggest you practice some mindfulness.
