    Came to this location to return cable boxes and remotes. The process was seamless even though they only allow a certain number of people inside due to covid. The security guard was friendly and directed people to stand on the circles to maintain social distancing. The representative that I dealt with was very nice & came out from behind the window to collect my bag of cable boxes so I didn't have to pass each one through the window. She was fast, efficient and friendly. Great experience.

    This location, somewhat out of the way sees a lot of traffic at almost every hour of the day. I went in today to return a modem (no longer with Optimum yayyyy) and luckily for me I was in and out of this place. Walked in, hopped on line, return their modem, and was on my merry way before I could notice i was even there. But I actually noticed a few things.. Me being me I noticed: - security guard on his cell, chilling on the chair - place was very clean and easy to maneuver - optimum employees worked quickly - wait was not annoying as usual - bikes aren't allowed inside - security requested a lady fold her baby stroller - they give small, white paper receipt now (instead of the giant pink ones)

    Optimum is terrible. Use any one else if you can. Expensive and inconsistent speeds. Terrible customer service.

Let's face it; that's a death sentence in this times of Yelp and other review websites. I've seen people's complaints and all I can say is that if you had it better with Spectrum in terms of speed and reliability, then you and I must have had different Spectrums. I've only had it a few days, but the set up was done quickly, courteously and professionally, and getting it to my devices could not have been more user friendly. When I had to move around the wires for the modem and router later that night, and lost the connection, I got customer service in minutes on the phone and she got me back to speed in no time, and even sent me an email giving me quick tips on how to get back online if need be in the future. And let's face it again; the price is great too. So unless you really need something extremely reliable for work reasons, and you actually have something more reliable, and are willing to pay the bigger bucks for it, give Starry a free trial.

I am very excited to join the T-mobile family. However, this location is very misleading and would say anything for a sale. I am in the business of customer service and you would honor what you say to keeep your customer satisfied. According to T-Mobile advertising's, "They remove barriers and do good by their customers and ranked number 1 in customer satisfaction". I traded my paid off IPhone 7plus and got the full value T mobile offers which is $390. The rep there explained to me that $109 dollars will come out of the available credit onto the activation fees and taxes on my new phone. The remainder will get credited to my bill. This confused me as I got thrilled in excitement and asked the rep, Joseph. How does this get credited? He replied to me you won't be paying a bill until your credit is finished. $281 dollars remained, so WE both did the math. $281 into $105, my bill amount, which equated to 2.5. I asked Joseph when will I be paying for my bill. He confidently replied March. I then asked him a few more times before making my exit. He ensured that I was 100% not responsible for both January and February bill because of my credit. I received my bill statement and seen a balance. This troubled me. After revisiting the store and following up with Joseph, he conveyed to me that my credit is now spread amongst 24 months and not given as a full lump sum. I asked him why did you tell me other wise. He said that he did it for another customer previously and they got the full lump sum. On Top of the misleading and deceptive initial conversation, there was no credit on my account. If I did not follow up with first fib. I would of never gotten my credit. In the past T-Mobile was known for its hidden fees, which as been corrected. However, it transfigured itself from hidden fees to hidden messages. T-Mobile thank you for being my service provider. Nonetheless, I would never recommend this location to any persons, because I would not want them to be a victim of fictitious information.

    Horrible wait time, but their customer service personnel tries their best. They have TODAY, one…read morewindow for non-payment issues, one window for Altice Mobile only, and one / two windows for payment only. Guess which line is the longest . They also have a security guard to divert people to the correct line. Despite long wait times, there is no " public " restroom. All their security cameras can verify this. Anyone that has been to this place can verify this. People getting rowdy as well, I guess that is why they need a security guard. ::edit:: this was a one star, but I bumped it up to three Literally after a minute of me posting the one star, two customer service representatives came out of no where to help the " non - payment issue " line. Their staff was helpful in addressing most issues that the people had. Listening to fellow customers and their horrible stories makes me think of the Optimum staff as psychiatrists. Granted this is customer service, no one will wait in line to speak to one if they did not have an issue.

I've logged several complaints from the week of installation, and they use the same pre-fabricated service speech "not to worry, we're going to resolve your problem today...." Nope!! It never corrected, even after they "escalate" your complaints. Then when it's temporarily fixed, someone calls you in about 24hrs to see if you're "happy with the service, and then they try to sell you more stuff!." It's absolutely disgusting results, from their "fix", because the service outage circle continues. Do your self a favor and stay away. At this point, I'll be putting in a complaint to the FCC.
