Since this space is new and I had a couple of questions of my own I decided to go along. This space used to be the Panera Bread and Radio Shack before that so its rather spacious. Social distancing is enforced and each of the staff stations has a plexiglass shield in front of them. There are a number of mobile phones to choose from but I will be sticking with Verizon since I didn't see any massive savings against what I am paying right now. Since they also deal with new cable accounts I tried to see if I could knock some bucks off my current monthly plan since its ridiculous but they could not oblige with this and suggested that I call customer care since they had more power to do that. I think I am leaning toward an Internet only process where I enjoy my streaming services and only use mobile but lets see what happens. Overall I found the staff that I spoke to friendly and willing to help. I've seen Yelps of otherwise but that was not my experience at all.

Then when I checked in the through the digital system, I watched everyone around me who came after me, get taken care of. Some customers were clearly known to them or their their friends and some spoke their native language. I spoke up and told an employee what was happening and they just said "Have a good day". This is typical poor service of this particular local store as I have been in there 5 times over the course of many years with 5 Verizon lines in my house , and the same quality of service continues. After surviving a severe bout of pneumonia and having my phone lost at the hospital, I was already exhausted. Verizon's skilled telephone tech coaches did their best to resolve a messy activation glitch and instructed me to bring the defective hardware to this store. The staff here is utterly disgusting. They are aggressively rude, completely incompetent, and dripping with an attitude of total entitlement. They didn't just fail to help me--they actively mistreated other patrons and me in the store. Shockingly, a major corporation allows such gross misconduct to happen on its retail floor. I am escalating this directly to Verizon Headquarters, but local consumers need to know: this store is a toxic waste of time run by a crew that deserves to be summarily fired. Go to a different location.

Who saw me looking clueless next to the available graphics cards. Micro center has such a wide variety of everything that it can get overwhelming but he helped me every step of the way and even took a look at the list I made. Constructive criticism may hurt my feelings but his advice wasn't to sway what I wanted but give me more perspective of how it will run in comparison to how it will look. With streaming and my art set up, he knew I'd need a better parts. At this point, I didn't mind paying a bit extra because he EXPLAINED why I would need them instead of just upselling me for the heck of it. 10/10 service and care. Also big 10/10 for micro center getting employees that are knowledgeable and love what they do. Along with having EVERYTHING. I specifically came here after ordering a Web order of one of the two things they had - and then the following sequence of events happened. 1. My web order was not on the shelf, even though I had a confirmation email, they saw the confirmation email in their system, and then weren't able to find it after 10 minutes of searching. They then told me to go to the floor (no help, no direction on where to go) to go find what they lost 2. I am told to go to a sales representative on the floor. I tell him what I need, knowing that there is still one left in their inventory since I didn't buy them out with my Web order. He searches the generic name of the brother labels i'm looking for (literally "brother's label cartridge"), the results are very long, he doesn't go past the first page, and he tells me that they don't carry that here at all 3. I then show him the page on the website with the right name. He finally looks it up. he tells me it's an aisle seven and tells me to go there. 4. I go to aisle seven I search for another 10 minutes, no help from any staff at this point, and no cartridge to be found - neither the one I ordered online nor the one they had left in inventory. Look, I know mistakes happen, but there was a point of friction on every single step in this process. There was no accountability, no support when things went wrong, and no accommodation once the experience is wrapped up. I've had two negative and two neutral experiences. I've tried. I'm sorry. Never coming back, and I'll let my friends know my experiences when it comes to electronics

When they first opened, most of the employees were Black. However, they were helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and professional . Overall, the employees used to be present. I don't understand how you could be in a sales position in a completely empty store; and two people walk in interested in with questions , but she was not interested in anything but getting back to her phone call . I know I am not overreacting because the guy who walked in before me said he wanted to purchase a phone line and keep his number. She gave him a price. He told her the price that he received on the phone..Her reply was exactly this "ok so get it that way then" . She had an annoyed, dismissive tone.. Also she was on the phone before he came in. Now she gets back on with the same person and starts talking smack about the young man who spoke broken English. Tells her friend the story like this guy who was just trying to find out info is a fool. She said "why didn't he get it on the phone then, okurrrr.. and then she went on to make fun of his accent. Now it's my turn and proved the other woman wrong that I spoke to for five seconds and she told me to call optimum and she went on a break.
