Hi Everyone, I have been using Optimum Laser for a few months now... trying to get ahead of the dark coarse hairs on my chin and neck. Daniella has been taking such good care of me. She is patient and extremely thorough. I am a little past the half way mark on my treatments and I can absolutely see a legitimate difference. Orly at the desk also super lovely. I have tried laser hair removal in the past through different Groupons because I was afraid of the expensive price tag. But you get what you pay for I guess and I saw less hair growth for sure but it was not total hair removal like I wanted. Then one day for the hell of it I looked up laser near me in Great Neck and this place got the best reviews..still weary I called up asking for prices (very afraid)...the women on the phone was so nice and helpful, explaining the difference in her machine vs others out there, she was very reassuring as I told her I was afraid of the pain too (been waxing for 2 years but in my mind laser had to be more painful)..I was wrong! Yes you do feel something but in my mind its better to do something 6 times and be done rather than for the rest of your life. The pain feels like a needle prick. After my first session I was amazed by the results. I added 2 more areas for laser removal because of how great it is. In summary: great friendly staff both behind the desk and performing the laser. No Stars! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. After false advertising, they refused to provide me with the services I purchased or a lesser service I requested. They are rude and argumentative on the phone. Worst of all, after several attempts, a manager refused to call me back or get on the phone. If the manager is too busy to deal with clients, I would hate to trust them with lasers anywhere on my body. A friend of mine was booked for an appointment. They called and changed her time once. Then, 2 hours before her appointment, they called to change it again. When she did not call back fast enough, they took her appoinment away. I told her not to go there! BEWARE! read more

This place is a hidden gem on long island. Eti (the owner) is a very sweet and accommodating lady. The salon itself is extremely clean and well kept.
