The recovery operator set up the winch line without rushing the anchor selection, used a tree strap on the anchor point to protect the bark, and pulled the truck out gradually. No sudden jerk that would stress the frame or suspension. Once I was free, he checked the rear axle area before letting me drive off. The cost was what the dispatcher described over the phone. The recovery was executed cleanly, requiring careful consideration of the approach.

A substantial sized rock hit my windshield that flew off of their flatbed truck. I immediately pulled up next to the truck so my daughter can take pics only to find the ENTIRE flatbed covered in gravel! Lazy! You can see the driver carries a broom but they are too lazy and messy to clean off their trucks. I immediately called the company and spoke to Chad who told me he reviewed the photos I submitted and to send him an estimate, he also asked for a 5 star review! The audacity! I told him of course I'll do a review after they take care of my damage! Did they do as they said? Nope, the owner said I have to go through my insurance! What a joke! It's their negligence which was acknowledging, but I'm the one having to go through my insurance and having the claim affect my rate! This was anew windshield! Do better and take accountability for your sloppy driver and their failure to clear gravel! I will be escalating this! I would not take it this far had it not been neglectful, but this to gross and lack of accountability. I would not recommend anyone using this company! I called GMG Roadside Assistance as a last ditch effort to get my generator serviced before the…read moreimpending Hurricane Irma. I spoke with Xavier (owner) who had me take a picture of the Make/Model, etc., and text it to him. After getting back to say he works on that type of generator, he arrived checked the generator, and attemped to start it. Xavier explained all aspects of the job to me in great detail, very professionally. He transported it to his shop to work on it. Within an hr. he called me to say it was ready, and what he had done. He delivered it back, then gave me a much needed tutorial on the starting and maintenance of the generator. I was so happy, now that my home will have power if electricity fails. I have three Coral Reef Tanks that I was extremely worried about, but now I have piece of mind. Thanks to Xavier and his expert know how, I feel confident to face this storm.
