ppy company with zero accountability . I was driving on the Buckman Bridge leaving sufficient distance between my vehicle and their tow truck. A substantial sized rock hit my windshield that flew off of their flatbed truck. I immediately pulled up next to the truck so my daughter can take pics only to find the ENTIRE flatbed covered in gravel! Lazy! You can see the driver carries a broom but they are too lazy and messy to clean off their trucks. I immediately called the company and spoke to Chad who told me he reviewed the photos I submitted and to send him an estimate, he also asked for a 5 star review! The audacity! I told him of course I'll do a review after they take care of my damage! Did they do as they said? Nope, the owner said I have to go through my insurance! What a joke! It's their negligence which was acknowledging, but I'm the one having to go through my insurance and having the claim affect my rate! This was anew windshield! Do better and take accountability for your sloppy driver and their failure to clear gravel! I will be escalating this! I would not take it this far had it not been neglectful, but this to gross and lack of accountability. I would not recommend anyone using this company! The man on the phone was very rude and called me crazy for trying to get a car that's been parked for 3 1/2 weeks in our street parking on our condominium. Now mind you slingshot hasn't been touched the cover that has been on. It has now been blown off. It's been raining on and off for the past 2 1/2 weeks. He said that me trying get the slingshot towed is absolutely crazy. They took my car when they shouldn't have. my tag clearly was not expired I called the day before because they put a sticker on my car. I called them that day and told them they made an error and that my tag was not expired and it was to try to prevent them from Towing my car . was told ," just take the sticker off and they wouldn't tak it. and yet they still did it and when I called customer service was rude and I still have not spoken to the manager they will not return my call! Walked out to my truck one morning and saw I had a bright green sticker on it (which ruins the glass btw) saying that my truck would be towed THE NEXT DAY for not having a parking permit and having Jersey plates. Are you kidding me? So if my family wants to take a road trip to visit me they have to have a car registered in Florida? And how are you only gonna give someone 24 hours to correct the "issue"? So I had to take a trip out of state to see my dad that is sick so I parked my truck legally at my buddies house...he lives in a mobile home park and after 5 days I get back to pick up my truck and it's gone...long story short, asap towed my truck and extorted me out of $300 to get it back...I'm pretty sure asap and the mobile home park have a deal worked out as a hustle...anyways, I called asap to see if they had my truck which they did and I told them that the battery was dead and that if I could pull it out and exchange it....they said yes of course for an extra $35....when I get to the office, what do you know, it's not $35 but $55 dollars now just so I can pull my battery so I can drive it out of there....they also lied about the day that they towed it so they could charge me more for "storage fee" ....overall, it just felt very shady but what could I do? I was involved in a single vehicle accident. My car hydroplaned and flipped upside down into a ravine. I was stuck inside my car upside for 45 mins and another 35 mins for the fire department to cut me out of the car. The driver that showed up stole all my belongings out of my car including my gun& gun- safe . ASAP towing tried to blame the Jacksonville Sheriff office. I called JSO and was told that the officers at the scene didn't remove anything from my car but the $1k pool cue that I yelled at my brother to get at the scene when I was being put into the waiting ambulance. So basically they stole everything that was in the car. A police report has been filed and I will be suing the company for personal items & stress. I wouldn't call ASAP towing if I was on fire & someone was pouring gasoline on me. Very unprofessional and very shady " good ole boy" company in the South ( if you get where Iam coming from). I'll start off by saying that the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the driver who works for ASAP named Craig. My car was towed from my boyfriends neighborhood after being parked on the street(where SEVERAL other cars were parked as well and for a longer time period than my car) for LESS than 24 hours. I got to his place around 10pm Wednesday night and by 4pm on Thursday I discovered my car gone. No warning, no knock on the door asking me to move, not even a tow away zone sign. I have also been parking on the street where many other cars park as well for weeks now on and off as we don't live together. Again, no warning from the neighborhood or the towing company. We find out that ASAP towing was called so we go to the lot and go to walk in the front door but about 5-7 employees are all standing in the very small area near the front door and offer no help or even try to move as we walk up. We asked the group if any of them are working and they say they all are and tell my boyfriend to go inside when he asks about my car. He spoke with a woman and she tells him it would be $123 if we wanted my car right then but if we waited until tomorrow we would have to pay extra fees so we tell her that we will pay today and will be right back with the cash. This was at 5:45pm. We return 15 minuets later to a locked gate and 3 employees saying "we're off the clock we can't do anything for you." I told him that we spoke with a woman only 15 minuets ago and told her we would be right back with cash to pick up my car. He repeats himself again in an extremely rude way saying "we can't do anything for you, no one is inside so you have to call the number." I have never had my car towed and have no idea of the process of getting your car back and these employees only offered an attitude with no help at all. It was about 6:00 pm at this point and thinking that they had closed and I wouldn't have my car until Friday afternoon we left because the employees were saying nothing could be done about my car. We went to a gas station down the road and I called the ASAP number and spoke with another woman who said that I just needed to stay at the ASAP towing location to wait for a driver on call to come bring my car around and pay for it. I asked her specifically on the phone if my price was still $123 and she said yes it is. We drive back to the ASAP lot and I call her again(6:23pm)to let her know that I was at the location and she said a driver would be there any minute to help me. We waited for about 30 minuets and a driver came in, locked the gate behind him then came back out 15 minuets later without my car - asking us why we were waiting. We told him that we had spoken to someone on the phone and are waiting for my car. He tells us that they didn't call him about that and that he had to go to another job so we had to wait for another driver. We waited another 20 minuets until around 7:15 when Craig showed up. He was the first employee not to treat us like crap or completely ignore us. We get my car back and went to settle the payment and get charged $150(which I highly doubt is Craig's fault as he is just a driver) their computers apparently weren't working as well so we had to wait even longer just to get a receipt. It's absolutely ridiculous how the employees here treat people so I feel really bad for anyone that has to deal with them. read more

We've used their towing services multiple times and were always happy with the service and response time. Today my husband was in a car accident and he called them to tow our car home. They left the scene before us and took 45 minutes after we got home for them to arrive. The worst part, after towing the car they charged us 3 times more than any time we've used them before! No one in the office so I found a wrecker (pictured below) and this guy cussed me out for being there even though NO sign said don't come in. I was just trying to get my stuff out of the car. I had to threaten to call the police to get him to let us out. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with!!! Not just towing company, worst COMPANY! Let me start this with my car plates and registration is in NY. I recently moved to FL and my car registration became expired. About 3 weeks ago I paid online with the DMV to have it updated and received a confirmation email. Today (4/9/19), I received a notice that my car would be towed 4/10/19 for expired registration (I already paid online for updated insurance). I called the company in a panic that my car would be towed tomorrow. I spoke with Kristy. I have never felt so disrespected or spoken to so rudely. I was concerned and very nervous and she did nothing but make the situation worse. She told me there was nothing she could do the tow orders were already in the system and it would be towed tomorrow if my registration sticker was not updated. I paid for my new registration 3 weeks ago and still have not received the updated sticker... totally not my fault DMVs take forever! She was so nasty and unhelpful. Such a shame that in a time of panic and worry I was not treated with understanding. I called my apartment complex and spoke with our office manager who reassured me my car would not be towed. Absolutely the rudest driver I have ever met. After witnessing careless driving in an apartment parking lot where a school bus was letting children off, I stopped the truck driver to warn him of the children in the area getting off the bus. His reaction was vulgarity and direct threats to do harm to me. I suffer from a condition that keeps me in constant pain and have difficulty walking at times. The manager of the company was contacted and told of the incident. She responded by saying the vehicle cameras will be checked and action will be taken against the driver. After reading other reviews about this company, I have my doubts about such action being taken. This driver deserves to be fired. read more

I bought a truck on Sunday got it home at approximately 6 I backed it in my yard. In my yard... ASAP came by and towed it. I talked to the manager of the park that I live in and they told me that they didn't call the tow company to have it towed. I was going to take time to get it Road ready before I put it on the road but when they towed my truck I had to go to DMV and it cost me$550 the tow bill was $131 so if I had a $650 day is what it cost me to get my truck out of there yard. I had a tag that was in West Virginia on a truck that my mother is using and I if I had time I could have transferred the tag off of that and it . wouldn't have cost me $650 but they said they didn't have to stick it sticker on there ASAP just sucks that's my review on ASAP. I think that's how they get the cars that they auction off. Kohl's most people wouldn't be able to afford to take and go pay a tow bill I go to the DMV and buy tag and get it insurance and not and not watch their bill grow. Heed the warnings of other reviewers and steer clear of this towing company! The tow truck drivers are rude and unprofessional. I work with the public at my job and if I talked to people like they do I would be out of a job in a heartbeat! They think nothing of blocking traffic when they are towing a car and ignore you when you ask them to please move so you can get home. This driver cursed at me said told me "Two can play at this game!" What game? Wanting to be able to get to your home? ASAP needs to do some serious training to teach their drivers some people skills.
