I had to go around with my glasses taped together while they ordered replacement frames at my cost. When it was time for new lenses, they refused to let me reuse my existing frames unless I sign a waiver saying they are not responsible if they break them. I don't know how they plan on staying in business. I had not signed a waiver the first time they broke my glasses, I guess I should have sued them at that time.

I've never had even the slightest problem. I have lattice degeneration in both of my eyes and it's been carefully monitored so I feel more comfortable and not afraid about the state of my eyes. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a great office to go to.
