Okay so I chose this place to get safety glasses for my job as well as my regular glasses and the only thing positive I can say about this place is, some of the staff are friendly and the place is clean but other than that I can't say much. Went and had my eyes checked and when my glasses came, the prescription was way off. Had to get rechecked and the second time back, still not right. Mind you I got the progressive lenses and the reading section was off that I had to pick the glasses way up just to see from the bottom part so I brought in an old pair of glasses that I still use with my prescription so they could just match the RX and correct the progressive part and in my opinion it still wasn't fixed but I could see better with them so I just kept them. I go to pick up my safety glasses today because they were on hold until they got my RX correct and these are wrong as well..Ugggghh, I give up and I can't wait for next year to come because I'm running far from this place. I don't even have the energy to go back and have them correct this pair. I've never had this much trouble ordering glasses and hopefully the new place I chose will be much better. read more

Have been coming here for a while now, and recently I had a pair of frames that broke, and was scheduled for another appointment and to replace the frames. The service was quick and very friendly to me and my family, and I wanted a specific frame as a replacement, which they ordered promptly, along with new lenses, but would still take 7-10 to be ready. However, even without asking, Brandon went above and beyond and repaired my broken pair for me, which saved me days worth of stress at work. Came in for the new lenses and frame I ordered and the whole process was quick and easy. Additionally, the rest of the staff was wonderful and helpful along with the facility being clean and cool. I am a former patient of Dr. Finema and Dr. Clayton and have siblings who still come here. The Doctor's are great and they have a wonderful selection of frames, however the staff who works in the back is not well trained. I was excited to pick up my glasses today and now have to wait for a new lense to be made because the anti-glare coating on one of the lenses is ruined. An issue that would have been caught had they bothered to check the lenses. I also had a negative experience with my previous pair of glasses when I asked my siblings to have them tightened there. The person who tightened my glasses did not properly clean them, ruining the anti-glare coat, resulting in new lenses needing to be made. It is upsetting spending so much money on glasses only to have them handled with carelessness. read more

2nd visist, rude unwelcoming and unformative. Came in as in an emergency just to repair the frame, took about two weeks to get them back. They must of had a long day today because when i asked what to do as this was just the second time id been here they said go to the back after i waited for someone to acknowledge me i walked to one of the ladies asked what to do, i was here to pick up my sons glasses and was told i needed to sign in with out her even looking at me as if she had too much to do to properly greet. Once it was our turn, glasses were for my son, i asked the lady that was helping me to price quote me some other glasses my son had seen, she said oh honey they are 149 for frame plus 79 lens so they are not cheap. Like wow ok what uf i wanted to buy them, so im finally done time to get a receipt, printer wasnt working properly so i asked for this girl for a clean print and after she rolled her eyes she walked to the front as if she was bothered i had asked for a clear print and now she had to leave her desk she gives me the receipt i said thank you not even a hope to see you back or anything else i can help you with.... i have an optometrist they are in corona and yes its worth the drive because they are welcoming and helpful! read more

This place is OK. The staff was very into themselves and barely payed attention to you. Constantly talking about their gossip and can care less about the customer. Heaven forbid you show up around lunchtime. I came five minutes before they went to lunch to pick up my glasses. They made sure the door was locked (five minutes early) so no one can come in, but had a line going from the door and the door was locked after two. They came flying into the parking lot (REALLY UNSAFE!) and came really close to me as they sped around the corner. When we finally got in, it took less then five minutes for them to hand me my glasses. THANK YOU for WASTING over an hour of my day. read more
