Each member of the teaam was very nice to me and even though they were really busy and it took longer than probably normal, I was really happy They made sure to xray my chest and take blood to ensure they narrowed down the diagnosis as much as possible. After receiving some much needed treatment and some proper medications, I left feeling 10x better then when I arrived. I am hopeful that in the next week I can finally kick this!

It's that kind situation everywhere now. My only concern was checking out and getting my meditation. I believe the 2 girls were new and the 15 minutes it took yo check out wasn't the issue. It was the lack of confidence I had because they were outwardly loud about not knowing about the medicine, how to log it, who it was going too, etc. It made me really nervous. They were looking in a manual and almost arguing with each other about how to do what. It was a tad off putting but I'm hoping it's just part of having new employees maybe?

Got taken back after less than 10 minute wait which they get a second star for since it was still at the time of my appointment. Blood pressure, temp, O2 levels then into the treatment room where the same person who said I wasn't in the system asked me about my symptoms. Then just wait for the Nurse Practitioner. NP was nice, asked good questions, listened to the answers (not all of them do) and listened to my feedback. They had the script in stock so I walked out with the meds I needed, in under thirty minutes. Had the issue with the online appointment scheduling not been an issue this would have been a 5 star review.

I guess the "urgent" in urgent care is rhetorical. What the actual fuck?! By the time I saw the PA it was 8:52 AM. In her defense and to try to find something positive to say, the PA was very nice. Yesterday, the doctor who saw me forgot to include my work restrictions on the note I needed to submit to my employer. Because of that mistake, my employer expected me to perform duties I physically could not do. When I called Concentra to explain, the receptionist told me I had to return in person--another 45-minute drive each way despite my pain. When I arrived, they placed me in a room and left me there for over an hour. Only when I complained did the doctor finally come in. She typed a corrected note in about 3-5 minutes and handed it to me. No exam, no questions--she had just seen me less than 18 hours earlier. This is just one example of poor treatment. They did not provide a cane or crutches, so I had to buy my own. They advised me to purchase cooling pads instead of supplying basic medical support. Physical therapy felt like a checklist--they follow a script instead of adjusting to the actual injury. And they delay MRIs as long as possible, wasting weeks of time and the employer's money before taking injuries seriously. Employers should really reconsider partnering with Concentra. The level of inconvenience, inefficiency, and lack of patient care is unacceptable. My experience felt like a waste of time, money, and energy--at the expense of my health.

The NP or PA's I've seen were able to solve the cases and prescribe medications to the CVS pharmacy close by, was able to pick up within an hour usually. Do make an appointment if you can! Even if you make an appointment you maybe be seen late, but still sooner than not having one. Also check with your insurance what the co-pay is prior if possible as well.

It is not a small urgent care where you are cramped in with all the other sickies. This, and I'm assuming all Banner Urgent Cares, have appointments and video conferencing. I make that call based on their app. I set up an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of that appointment time. When I came, there was only a couple of guys there and they were having a conversation. I think they probably were waiting on a patient. There was a woman and her children that eventually came in, too. So it was not busy. The Nurse Practitioner's name was Debbie and she was cheerful. I liked that. I came in to make sure this cold wasn't turning into a sinus infection. She explained the symptoms of a sinus infection and I could immediately tell I wasn't experiencing one. She also wanted to make sure that I didn't want antibiotics as there was nothing that could be done for a virus. She was pleasant, upbeat, and a good communicator. She also didn't charge me for the visit since there was really nothing that she could do. Bonus! Not sure how an urgent care could get five stars. If I think of a reason, maybe I'll come back and change it to five stars. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. I went in because a cyst had ruptured behind my knee and I was unable to put weight on that leg. Various tests were done. Then, while we waited for reports, I passed out. We were seated in a hallway, and my husband tried to revive me. He couldn't leave me, for fear I would fall out of my chair. Thankfully, a nurse soon came up; she tried to revive me, and when I did not respond, she moved quickly to get me into a room. No heart attack, but an artery had flattened, and my BP was extremely low. Dr. Joshua Paree was there, and my husband was very impressed with him. He moved quickly, knew exactly what he needed to do and did it. I began to come around while they were working to stabilize me. I received the excellent care I have come to associate with TMC, and I am very grateful. So many nurses, but I remember names of only two: Jenny and Miguel. But all of them were so efficient and so kind.
