It wasn't because it was broken but cushions and part of an arm piece had been damaged by our dogs a couple of years ago. The quality of the couches we had custom ordered were perfect for us. The firmness was just right and the softness of the material is very nice. We wanted to replace the couch because the material of the original was no longer available. So we went with ordering the same length couch but in a material that will compliment the love seat. The customer service is great. It made for ordering our couch quick and easy as well. I'm excited to get our new sofa. The quality is good. Comfortable enough for us and our 3 large fur babies. The place is spacious with a selection of styles to select from on the floor. They also have books of sofas and tables to look through. They have plenty of material to select from too so come and check them out and allow ample time for looking at samples. This is located in the business area, but easy to find, right on the corner with plenty of parking.

I'm not a very creative, artsy or talented person so seeing someone bring their vision to life is always interesting. After the demo we walked around and boy was there a lot to look at. I did notice that pricing is all over the place. While you may find a savings here on some items, there are also items that are much cheaper elsewhere.
