Disappointing Experience…read more I'm writing this review with mixed feelings. My mother was previously a patient of Dr. Kevin Welch, and I know him to be a very kind and competent doctor--our kids even attended the same elementary school. However, my recent experience with his scheduling staff was extremely disappointing. After booking an appointment weeks in advance, I was contacted to reschedule and was offered a time with the Physician's Assistant instead of Dr. Welch, which was not my preference. When I mentioned that I had been trying to contact the office--explaining that their email was not working and that I was disconnected when I initially tried to call--the scheduler became incredibly rude for no apparent reason. Throughout the entire conversation, she would not stop talking over me, blabbering incessantly and preventing me from getting a word in edgewise. She subjected me to a long-winded tongue-lashing and even accused me of being short with her, which was ironic given her own erratic and unprofessional behavior. When I explained that I would be mentioning this experience to Dr. Welch, she became even more indifferent, telling me to "go ahead" in a dismissive and antagonistic manner, as if my feedback would not make any difference. It felt as though she was an embedded employee who believed she was above accountability, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and frustrating. While I still plan to keep my appointment and expect a positive experience with Dr. Welch himself, I sincerely hope he addresses the issues with his scheduling staff. Specifically, the rude and unprofessional woman handling the scheduling needs to be either retrained or replaced. Her behavior is a disservice to Dr. Welch's reputation and could easily deter potential patients.

He is an artist when it comes to cosmetics dermatology as well. My results have always been natural yet improved. I knew that I could trust Dr. Welch the moment when he recommended something that would make him less profit. He's not just going to go along with a procedure for more income and his work shows! He's super down to earth and treated me like I was one of his children and all of his recommendations have not fail me. Before getting treatments from him, my skin was awful! Now, my skin has been truly transformed and it's only just the beginning! His staff members: Ms. Robin, Ms. Pam and Lizzie have always been super sweet and kind to me as well even though half of the time, I looked super crazy after treatments and Dr. Welch and his team have never made me feel less than beautiful because of that either. Do not be apprehensive and make the appointment. You won't regret it.

I went into SageKat expecting what I've received at every other massage place, but oh was I wrong…read more Although I'm young I've been in pain for quite sometime, yet nothing I do and no masseuse could truly make me feel better for longer than an hour. Kathy really took care of me, not only with the massage itself, but all the knowledge she gave. She gave me techniques and stretches to help with all of my concern areas. Throughout my experience she really showed how much she actually cared. Kathy really went into every aspect she could to get me to actually start feeling better and not be in pain everyday. I can't tell you how relieved I am to finally have found someone who has taken care of me the way she did. I'm truly thankful to have found SageKat, I would be in so much pain if I hadn't. This will be the number one place I will recommend to everyone.

I've already told my friends about how great SageKat was and how much I enjoyed my massage. I've…read morealready recommended her and have two who want to go. I've itemized what sums up my experience. 1. Massage itself: For starters, I'm a big guy. If a big guy is worried about a lady not being able to work them hard enough, don't worry. Kathy can do anything anyone else can do. It isn't just about raw strength, but precision and hitting the places perfectly along with the right amount of pressure. You can push as hard as a bull, but if you're not hitting the spots perfectly, it's a waste of time. A couple of times, I jumped and asked, what was that? Some muscle buried in a mass, was hurting bad, and she found it and made it better. 2. Care: I felt that Kathy really cared, and it came across. She wasn't just going through the motions, watching the clock, and when it rang, ready for the next. This is a very important trait for me because when a person cares about you as a person and their work, it makes a big difference. 3. Informative: I learned a lot from just listening and what I heard was very interesting. She kept me informed on what was going on, why things were being worked and the hopeful outcome. I was instructed on stretches which would help my problems. 4. Atmosphere: This isn't a big thing, but I liked seeing the aurora borealis on the wall and stars on the ceiling. 5 Recommendation: Yes, totally! I give her as high a recommendation as is possible. Conclusion: I went into there in very bad shape. My muscles had been severely overworked and outside of a few muscle groups, I'd been in pain from head to toe for at least four weeks. I walked out of the room with the biggest smile on my face and felt happy. I don't know if a good massage can release a crazy amount of endorphins, but that what it felt like happened. I had a "joker" grin on my face for two hours afterwards. I felt great. I'm writing this two days later, and my muscles are sore from the massage, but my range of motion and spring in my step is much better and I'm looking forward to working out tonight to see how much better I feel. I generally don't write reviews, especially not this long, but I feel strongly about my great experience with Kathy and SageKat Massage and wanted to pass it on. Thank you, Kathy, for being wonderful!

After booking my appointment weeks in advance, I was contacted to reschedule and was offered a time with the Physician's Assistant instead of you, which was not my preference. When I tried to address this and explained the difficulties I had reaching your office--such as your email not working and being disconnected on the phone--the scheduler was extremely rude, talked over me, and was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the conversation. After this upsetting experience, I specifically requested a call back from you before my appointment to discuss how I was treated. Not only did I never receive a call, but my concerns were never acknowledged by you or your staff in any way. Now, I see why my mother left your practice and started seeing another doctor. Given this lack of professionalism and the failure to address my concerns, I have decided to seek care at another dermatology office--one where I feel I will be treated with the respect and courtesy every patient deserves. I am very disappointed by this experience and hope you will take these issues seriously for the sake of your future patients. I also advise anybody else who receives disrespectful or discourteous treatment from the office staff here to call the Florida licensing board and file a formal complaint. Patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect at all times.

.5 weeks ago took 4 daya of Azithromycin and now have gastritis. My friend told me about Dr Dean. I did not have an appointment but Stephen at the office heard me crying on the phone and told me to just come on in. So from mobile Al to Pensacola i went. I was sobbing in the waiting room and a nice male nurse offered me water and said " i dont know whats wrong with you but we'll get you better " and then gave me a warm, comforting hug. Dr. Dean listened to my whole horrid story and went over all the perscription drugs I'd been given and gave a yes to this one and a no to that one. He advised me about mastic gum supplement and printed me out a research paper on how ot kills h palori bacteria. He gave me solutions for the gastritis and the ear infection i have and told me I'll feel better in a week. He is amazing and so knowledgeable. His staff are incredibly kind and compassionate and really go above and beyond the call of duty in comforting their patients! As i was in the waiting room i over heard every patient who was checking out after their visit, tell the staff how much better they feel and what a great job they're doing. I love that Dr Dean is a license medical physician and yet doesnt push big pharma down our throats for everything under the sun like typical western doctors. I will now only see Dr Dean and so will each of my family members. He and his staff is what medicine is supposed to be! Since the erra of covid and those stupid jabs, and my issues caused by an antibiotic for a simple ear infection, i have lost all trust and faith in our medical community. Today Dr. Dean and his amazing staff has restored some of that for me. Please dont suffer and end up on the endless cycle of perscription drugs. Go see this doctor!
