Cannot say enough good things about this gem. Quaint setting with a great patio out back and the food is just amazing. A diverse menu is refreshing and the quality is spot on. Best chili ever (thanks in large part to the huge chunks of filet mignon). The grilled cheese with bacon on panini bread is to die for. I'm not a corned beef hash guy but I order it for breakfast all the time....incredible. The fritattas are amazing. I could go on and on but just trust in the fact that if you like what you see on the unique menu, you'll be blown away by the actual product blessing your plate. Awesome cafe/ take out market! My husband and I stopped by yesterday at lunchtime after a hike in Oracle State Park. What a gem! Everyone is super friendly. We ordered a Rueben sandwich, one of the best we've ever had. The homemade pickles they included were delicious. Picked up chips, coconut cake, coffee. This little gem was a sweet find. I had the avocado croissant sandwich, which was served with what appeared to be fresh homemade pickles. The flavors were mazing and the croissant was toasted to perfection. I finished my meal off with a slice of blueberry pie, which was just baked this morning. I got a black tea passion fruit blend to go, and that is perfect just the way it was. I give this place a 5 because I wasn't expecting such big taste out of a small cafe. This place is amazing! We stopped in for a late lunch after visiting Biosphere 2 and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. There were six in our party and we ordered from both the breakfast and lunch menus. Everything that we ordered was fresh and delicious. We over indulged a bit and had coconut cake for dessert...holy cow, it was so good! There are many gluten free menu items as well. The prices are reasonable and the service was great too. There's also a little market in the front where you can buy a variety of items, including some coconut cake to go ;-). read more

Don't Let the Exterior Fool Ya! We stopped here after visiting Biosphere 2. (Don't waste your time or money at Biosphere unless you're a libtard drinking the "anthropogenic global warming" hoax Kool-Aid.) Oracle Patio Cafe is a quaint little place filled with cozy little rooms for dining in and also features a lovely patio out back. (I highly recommend sitting out there. There are coverings to keep you cool.) The patio has a running waterfall fountain with a resident turtle, dubbed Arnold Schwarzenegger by one of the waitresses. Service was prompt, and the place is clean (including restroom). There Is a cute little market/gift shop in front. We were given a quick tour and introduced to the chef. What a nice touch! Now for the food: Their specialty is the homemade pie. Blueberry goat cheese is a very popular flavor, and unfortunately they were already sold out of it at 12:30. We had the toasted almond tart cherry topped with FRESH whipped cream, and it was delicious!! Entrees: I had a Meatloaf Panini, and my friend had a bowl of Filet Mignon Chili and the Ultimate Grilled Cheese. The BREAD is HOMEMADE, and it is AWESOME! The chili was delicious and NOT too beany (a frequent complaint of my friend who loves chili but hates how most restaurants serve you a bowl of beans in gravy and call it chili). Our sandwiches were incredibly tasty and delicious. My friend did have one mild complaint: The bacon strips on the Ultimate Grilled Cheese had not been cut, making them prone to being pulled out when you took a bite. The sandwiches came with homemade pickles, which were very good (but I did add a little salt because I felt they needed it). We both drank Passion Tea, which was very refreshing. The steak sauce on my sandwich was sooo good that I bought two bottles of it on the way out. We **highly** recommend Oracle Patio Cafe and will be visiting again the next time we're in the area. Best place to eat in Oracle. Hands down. Lots of charm and character. Some cool art work. Great patio with a fountain. Sadly, they're not open for dinner, but breakfast and lunch are the best. Such a surprise to find this quirky place. Took a group of visitors here after visiting the state Park. The food was gourmet and interesting. I had trout with savory, thick bacon and potatoes. Most of our group has smoothies that they all liked. The patio seating had decent shade. The iced tea was nice and fresh and kept refilled. The service was wonderful. What a great find in an unlikely location! Well worth a stop if you are in the area. "Gourmet" offerings at reasonable prices in a quaint cafe. I had the Meatloaf/mushroom panini sandwich, which is served with house-made pickles. Really tasty and filling. My husband loved the individual pizza, which you can order with any or all of the available toppings for the same price. They are known for their fresh pies, but unfortunately, we didn't save room. Stopped here after a day trip to Biosphere. (about 15 minutes away) Quaint lil place with a cozy patio and AWESOME fresh food! I had the Mediterranean salad and a smoothie. My boyfriend had the special which was a "black & bleu salad". Breakfast is served all day and they have a delicious variety of desserts. Also asked us if we wanted dessert before we were done with our entrees. Brought our bill before we finished. My friend and I came here for lunch after finding the reviews here and it didn't disappoint! Between us we had the Mediterranean salad, the GF chicken piadini (which they allowed me to sub mushrooms for the chicken), the GF coconut cake, and coffee. We both loved everything! Finding good GF foods is tough and they nailed this! My friend even commented that the coffee was very fresh and we arrived around 2 pm so by the time she ordered the coffee with dessert it was near closing. The service was on point also. Both were generous portions with lots of flavor. I love that they make the corn beef hash from scratch themselves. Lastly, we had a slice of peach pie a la mode for dessert; this was the only disappointing part of the meal -- the crust was dry and the pie overall was lacking in flavor. My family and I planned to visit the Biosphere and wanted to find a nice place to eat lunch beforehand. This restaurant is just past the Biosphere in Oracle and is such a treat! The decor is very homey and comfortable with a sunny "library" room to relax and eat in. Their backdoor patio area is quaint too. The staff are SO friendly. We loved our waitress. And the food was DELICIOUS. For a small, remote AZ town, the food was varied, displayed nicely and delicious. My mom ordered grilled cheese with thick bacon and tomatoes and German potato salad, my dad homemade corn beef hash, my bro thin crust homemade pizza and me fish tacos, which were the special. Everything was excellent and decently priced. Go here if you are visiting the Biosphere or just driving by! read more

Yum and great service. I had the chicken, pesto, artichoke and mushroom frittata and it was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. My mom had the chicken sandwich which she said was great. We shared a piece of warm peach pie which really hit the spot. Sensational!! 5 of us went there for breakfast last Wednesday. We were greeted by Liz and Letica as we walked in. And I don't mean "Hi welcome to "...." I mean big welcome smiles, bubbly personalities and clearly people who cared about our experience. We enjoyed a small dining room in the back where we talk, laugh and enjoy ourselves. Who thought it would get BETTER? Food offerings were vast and diverse. Almost eclectic-american if there is such a thing. Liz was more like a 'food guidance counselor' helping us through our ordering. Every person at our table raved about their meal and how we felt like THIS was true home cooking. The Patio Cafe is my favorite restaurant in Oracle. Every item I've tried has been great. I come here maybe once or twice a month and normally get a gluten free pizza or avocado croissant sandwich which are always delicious. I've also had their breakfast quesadilla, monte cristo and tried their French toast as well. All great. I'm picky about coffee and theirs is really good. The almond cherry scones and coconut cake = amazing. The market also had some great items like local honey, wines, and some produce.
