I took my carbs in to have them cleaned and for in piticular to check the floats . We'll they came back worse than what they were today I pulled them off and inspected they are dirty! Nothing was done ! And I payed more than qouted for sapossed new seals I will be the guy wearing the t shirt saying don't go to orange city cycle or maybe walk the sidewalk with a sign !!! read more

After keeping my husbands bike for two months to fix LED lighting, tires and brakes, the lighting then failed a thousand miles later (6 months) when contacted, they said they don't warranty anything lighting related. When the bike was in for that extended time, they kept saying it would be done the next week, then the next week, then the next week. We won't even buy bike oil there anymore. read more

Called and asked if they could fix my motorcycle after explaining the problem. I went through the trouble of borrowing a trailer, loading it and bringing it to them. Once there the senile old man who can't remember anything said they can't work on it. Looking at the other reviews and with my experience I can only recommend the best action would be to shut it down read more

I recently took a set of tires to Orange City Cycle for them to mount and balance. The owner,Jim said they were real busy and great they would get to them as soon as possible. Up front and honest, I like that. I Stated that I was in no real hurry to get them back, so no big deal. Within two day, to my surprise, Jim had called me and said they were ready to pick up. Now these were "white wall" type tires and his mechanic actually cleaned the factory "blue" coating stuff from them which I thought went above and beyond. Now that's what you call customer service!!! For me, convienance, reliable, affordable, friendly service. What more do you want!!! read more

I would stay away from this place at all costs.The owner is a gruff old man that seems bitter about answering any questions I thought I was lucky finding a shop nearby to work on my Harley brought my 1993 wideglide over for a carb adjustment and some starting issues.Guy called me and says "bikes got no power any ideas " your the shop that was why I brought it over!Got past that and they found an electrical problem and got her going and adjusted the carb new battery etc.A week later same problem I know the bike had problems but isn't that why you take it to the shop so it can be done right.Got that straightened out and the clutch felt weak like it was worn so I said lets just replace it and not have to worry went to pick it up and the bill was $400 and something dollars and I still had the old clutch guy tells me well the mechanic had to adjust it 3 times so we had to charge to take the cover off an do that several times.So now I have to pay for your employees time when he could have just put a new clutch in and been done with it.Worst thing got it home and the next day no clutch.Drove up to the shop and the old man said" I got a deal on the repair his guy worked on it all day"......what a joke I read the positive review and agree totally bout all these guys are good for are mounting tires anything else you need just stay away and find a real shop read more
