I had a great experience with PCH Movers. Price was about what I expected for a days move. We had a two bedroom apartment worth of stuff. We where quoted much more by a couple other companies. These guys came in a couple hundred less overall for the days work than the other companies that quoted us. I personally wasn't around much for the move, but my wife was overseeing them and she was more than happy. The guys that did the work where very nice and my wife said they appeared to be very careful with our belongings. They appeared to hustle somewhat and not milk the clock as can be the case in many service type industries where they are billing by the hour. We had Ray & omar and Alex as our movers and they where beyond helpful with my wife's requests throughout the day. Overall great experience. Definitely recommended. read more

Many thank you to OC movers, I had to move my office in the last minute. Called these guys and they came as promised. Moving is not easy. Ray and his crew were polite and had smiles while hauling my desks chairs and file cabinets. They even offered me water bottle. It should be other way around. These guys were hard workers. I don't belive any negative reviews I read about them it's not their signature. Half of my furniture was delivered to goodwill but the rest was well wrapped and cared for. I moved this weekend from Newport to Dana Point. I almost went the uhaul route but decided movers would make my life a lot easier. I am so thankful for Mykhailo and Serg for their hard work. We had a lot of stuff and oddly shaped items. They wrapped everything, unassembled and assembled our IKEA furniture, moved our flat screen with ease and overall made my moving experience so pleasant. I had the owner of this company and another gentleman move everything I had to the third floor within an hour and assemble anything we wanted within three. Awesome!!!! Actually awesome does not even explain it!! Called up PCH Movers based on the Yelp reviews and if I could give them 10 stars I would. Vlad, Brad and Cameron showed up on time and came to work! From the second they got to the house they were in the zone! These guys are respectful, hardworking and they put the customer first. They are careful when moving your stuff to not damage anything. Several times I went to help them out just because I feel weird standing around and they wouldn't let me. They aren't like other moving companies that try to sandbag and are lazy. They pride themselves on doing the job and doing it quickly. (Not me but the boyfriend writing this review.) Two years ago I hired a company to move and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. After hiring PCH Movers to move apartments, I realize my bad experience was because I didn't hire the right company. Scheduling a moving day was easy. All I needed to do was make a brief phone call and send a text with my address. On moving day I got a courtesy call when Alex and Joe were 20 minutes away, making it easy to know when to expect them. They arrived on time, were courteous and friendly. Alex and Joe got right to work taking my pre-packed boxes down to their truck. They handled my heavy furniture (couch, oversized chairs, bed) last and happily wrapped the significant items in blankets so they wouldn't be damaged. They even washed their hands so they wouldn't dirty my mattress. All told, it only took them an hour and 1/2 to pack up my 1 bedroom apartment. While I was impressed by their packing speed, they were amazing at unloading. I don't think it took more than 45 minutes to get everything into my new apartment (up 3 flights of stairs w/o an elevator). The most impressive part was Alex and Joe carrying my 3 cushion couch up the stairs with relative easy and without complaining. All told, the entire move took 3 hours including travel time, less time than I thought beforehand. Alex and Joe of PCH Movers were great and I'll search them out next time I move. I'd certainly recommend them for anyone needing to move their life from A to B. read more

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! These guys are complete hacks that lack professionalism, expertise or any regard for your items they are moving. They packed our goods poorly and lost some of our boxes. We never got an inventory list of our items and few boxes were labeled. Horrible, horrible experience. We called them to claim damage due to their errors and got zip. I would hate to see anyone else go through the hell we have due to this moving company poor management and lack of any regard for your goods (or you!). Be warned! read more

No complaints here. Was a little bit afraid with all these moving companies and their high reviews that they'd be bolstered by fakes, but had a great experience with Denis and PCH Movers. They packed everything more carefully than I would have (individually wrapping a basically empty bottle of shampoo I had forgot to toss) and were to quick to get everything in the house as well. Important to other budget-conscious movees, they were honest and fair with their timekeeping for their rates. Pretty smooth sailing, would definitely use again. This company did a good job moving us; however... When I first called to schedule, I made a point of asking if we'd need more than 1 trip for the move because we had a lot of stuff in our garage. I was told that we would not; however, on the day of and late in the day, we were told that we'd need 2 trips. This doubled the drive time charges and also the hourly fees. Also, they turn some of the furniture upside down to fit it into the truck. This may or may not include your dressers, nightstands, etc. Ours were a complete mess because of this. So that was a bit irritating. The guys were nice and did a relatively good job but, definitely 2 items to watch for when scheduling. read more

I could not have asked for a smoother move experience. About 20 minutes after requesting a quote, I got a call from Konstantin, who clearly laid out all the costs. After scheduling the move, I received two followup emails to make sure everything was set. The movers (Victor and Jerry) were extremely friendly and fast, clearing my storage unit in about an hour. There was no downtime whatsoever, and unloading at my new place went smoothly (took a little over 2.5 hours because of stairs); all in all everything was completed under the estimated time. Hearing all these horror stories about movers made me not so excited about the idea of getting help for our move but we had no choice considering we had lots of stuff that had to be packed and moved. The first day we had three guys helped us with packing who were very nice and helpful but regretfully I don't remember their names. The second day we had the movers come that included five guys. WOW What an amazing crew!!!! My husband and I were extremely amazed and impressed by how efficient and hard working Ray, Mo, John, Guram and Alix were. They came on time and worked tirelessly the entire time. They all had great attitude and very polite and willing to jump on any task we gave them.
