I called for same day services not expecting much due to it being last minute. When I called in the morning they said they could come between 2 and 4. At almost 4 pm they called to say they would be delayed almost two hours. I told them that would not be possible as we needed to return the uhaul and that we would like to cancel services. They then told us that we would not get our deposit back. Also, the customer service was not great. They would put the phone down for a long time presumably to look into our requested details but then (possibly a different person) would pick up and ask if we had a question. Overall seemed very disorganized. It's a shame since the reviews were so good. read more

The movers were awesome and did an incredible job at moving my belongings! No complaints there. I would have given a 5 star if the communication was better from the schedulers to the movers. I was promised 10 free packing boxes and 6 wardrobe boxes for no extra charge. They did not communicate that with the movers and I had to go and buy my own boxes. It was a pleasure to work with this company. We had a team of 3 men to help us move a large number of glass windows and doors for our home. They really stepped up and did not run from this laborious task. The guys communicated well and got the job done along with my husband and son's support. Moreover, they had a huge truck that was equipped with a pallet jack and all the moving tools that we needed. The pallet jack was an extra fee, but we gladly paid it. Our initial call with Andrew was informative and straightforward, and scheduling was easy. Tim and Eddie arrived within the promised two-hour window and communicated ahead of time when they were on their way, which I appreciated. The quality of work and professionalism were excellent. However, the company charges a 10% surcharge for credit card payments, which is excessive. For business clients, that's a significant added cost and hard to justify. I would strongly encourage them to reconsider this policy. It would also be helpful if they accepted American Express, as that's what our company uses. While they do offer Zelle, Venmo, and Visa/Mastercard, those aren't payment methods our company utilizes. Great service from the team onsite, but the payment policies definitely need improvement. read more

The only moving company you need to consider for your move! I needed movers on short notice due to needing to move out of my apartment due to an unfortunate event. I was able to schedule a team of 3 for a move within the week. My contact for the quote and contract was Max. He's friendly, punctual, and answered all my questions. He created a custom quote for me and my needs. We have a 70inch TV and I'm a petite woman - I needed someone who can unmount the TV and then mount it back up. They have mounting specialists!!! I was able to use my TV asap after the move. It was mounted under an hour. The team of 3 movers who came to move my furniture was headed by Beka. Beka is professional, punctual, and efficient. They were super careful with all my furniture and boxes. They carefully wrap everything to prevent damage. They take apart furniture and put it back together at the destination which is soso helpful! This team takes directions well and I really felt like they truly cared to handle things with care - they were asking me questions and stayed communicating with me the entire time. They also helped me take items to trash to the first floor of my apartment complex. ALSO - I lived in a loft with really steep stairs and the loft was my office / gaming area. It had 2 heavy standing desks and thousands of dollars worth of gaming and office equipment. They had to bring down all of that carefully over the ledge of the loft since they couldn't use the narrow stairs LOL they did that so carefully and nothing is damaged. I had so much anxiety but they were calm and everything turned out great. VERY impressed by this as well as happy! The value is so worth it. The price for the service, care, and efficiency is incredible. I am ALWAYS going to refer 4US to my friends and family and specifically Beka's team if they can be requested. 10/10 service, if I move again I'll be reaching out to this company for SURE. read more

There were some problems in the beginning. My scheduled time was not met. I did have to talk to dispatch managers. The movers were great. They were helpful. Management needs some work. They over booked came 2 1/2 hours late. It was too late to move as the move would have been way past 11. Maybe short staffed. The people who came to me were very nice and efficient. The movers were 15 minutes late but they were professional, wrapped all my furniture up beautifully, didn't scratch any of my walls exiting or entering the properties, and worked fast and efficiently. While there is a 3 hour minimum, it's totally worth it if you have big items like a washer, dryer or large bed & frame. We only used 1Hr 45min but were so happy with the work and didn't mind the 3hr price. Their truck is huge, large enough to carry whatever you have and they are so nice and flexible. I had more items to move than I expected and since they charge by time and their truck is huge, it was absolutely no problem to add it to the job. I really appreciated this!! The only thing to be aware of is trying to get a final price. To avoid surprises, try and get the contract and read it before your move date.
