    Emergency Vet Clinic

My bff and I took Chili here to get checked after she escaped the cage and tried to attack baby girl again and ended up attacking me once again after she had already attacked her and I the day before. I don't think I have ever been so scared of my own pet in my entire life! I have had pets all my life so for this to happen out of the blue really scared the living crap out of my family and I. So after she did that I asked my bff to go with me to take her to get checked to see if maybe it was medical. It was so busy for evening time but they saw us after 4 or more hours. The front desk lady was really nice, the Dr that spoke to us about her after was also really nice, friendly and helpful in our situation. Chili was still spicy to them too while here so took her home and ended up taking her to our normal vet. But I really appreciate their kindness here in trying to help us in this really scary situation that happened. I would def come back here again. Thank you all for trying to help us really appreciate you. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha

The place is very clean and the front staff and doctors are very kind and friendly. We had to unfortunately put our dog of 14 years down due to old age last month and she couldn't walk anymore and entire staff was very helpful and respectful. At the end they were kind enough to provide us her final paw prints and piece of fur. We then received a letter in the mail from the clinic with their condolences and it was very sweet. My family thanks you very much for helping us through that tough time.

    Cooper thanks you guys

I don't normally leave reviews, but OC Pet Emergency absolutely deserves the best! My 10-month-old Cavapoo, Cooper, who is fully vaccinated, suddenly started vomiting and had blood in his stool. I rushed him to OC Pet Emergency, and he tested positive for Parvo. It was one of the scariest moments I've ever had as a pet parent. From the moment we arrived, the doctors and staff were amazing. They kept me updated with detailed messages about Cooper's progress, including how he was eating, how his stool looked, and how he was responding to treatment. Every time I called, someone took the time to explain his status and reassure me. We were even allowed to visit him, and the staff was always so accommodating and kind during those visits. Today, Cooper is being discharged and is on the road to recovery thanks to their incredible care. Their compassion, communication, and dedication went above and beyond anything I expected. Special thanks to Dr Underwood and Dr Moore...If I could give them 10 stars, I would. We are so blessed that we happened to find them on Yelp when we needed help the most, and it turned out to be the best place we could have taken Cooper. God bless the entire team for everything they did for our little guy.

The vet tech cut my dog with clipper.

No apology, no phone call to inform me that their vet tech cut my dog hair too short for a procedure and she started bleeding. Even their doctor minimized it and said it's not that bad and she probably didn't feel any pain because of the pain meds. My dog is dying and on palliative care. I can't believe they this to her.

Thank you again to the staff

Loosing my best friend after 15 years was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. But the staff made this whole process so easy. The notes and letters they sent made my grief and pain easier ,they didn't know how wonderful my Canela was but they treated her like they known her whole life. The whole staff has the biggest hearts and have no idea how much the love and care they showed to Canela means to me and my family. Thank you again to the Staff at OC emergency pet clinic RIP Canela 10-30-25

Our 15 year old blind and diabetic dog Elvis had a seizure in the middle of the night and we had to bring him here, knowing that we were likely facing his end. The staff was respectful, patient, and kind, making the process as painless and as smooth as possible. Elvis's last moments were comfortable and I appreciated the opportunity to send him off, warmly wrapped in blankets and in no pain. I was touched a few days later to receive the sympathy card and even more touched a few days after that to receive a link a memorial page that was created for Elvis. We are fortunate to have this kind of service available 24 hours in our area. I don't know how that evening would have gone without their help. Beyond grateful to the warm and caring OC Emrgency Pet Clinic staff!

Last Wednesday, 8/6,/25, I made the hardest decision to bring my dog, Charlie, of 16 years here. I'm heartbroken but thankful Dr. Underwood helped transition my baby into heaven. She was so nice and told me, before taking him away, "i'll make sure we treat him with the upmost respect" Thank you Dr, those words were comforting to hear. And to the receptionist (sorry i didn't get ur name), thank you for being so sweet as well. I paid $125 for the visit and $575 for a private cremation. I received a card from them in the mail this week which was touching & I'm patiently waiting for his ashes to be delivered.

Our dog was quickly taken in and triaged. Both Dr Gorgi and Dr Sam came out at different points and kept us updated on what's going on. Everyone had great bedside manners and we never felt abandoned or forgotten. At the end, JooJoo was operated on and given a clean bill of health. We couldn't be happier or more appreciative of all the vets, surgeons, nurses, assistants and staff for all the help and support. We highly recommend CASE in Anaheim for excellent emergency vet care!

The worst experience of my life, during the worst moment of my life…read more.. It has taken me more than a year to finally find the courage to write this review. In March 2025, my beloved cat, Sammy, was involved in a serious accident at home while I was at work. She was supposed to be under supervision, and unfortunately, that supervision failed. By the time I was notified and rushed home, I found Sammy critically injured and in terrible condition. I immediately rushed her to Case Animal Hospital after calling numerous places in the area. Many could not take her because they were not emergency facilities. I truly believed that once I got Sammy to Case, she would be in the hands of people who would do everything possible to save her. Unfortunately, that was not how the experience felt. Yes, Case examined Sammy and ran tests. Now, after reading some of the reviews here, I have questions about that as well. Throughout the process, it felt very transactional. I never felt I was getting a clear answer about her condition, her chances of survival, or what could realistically be done to save her. What I did notice was how frequently the financial aspect of her care was brought up. Almost every time someone came to speak with me about Sammy, they seemed to have a credit card machine in their hand. Every update seemed to come with another charge. I understand veterinary hospitals are businesses. I wasn't expecting free treatment. I was expecting someone to fight for my cat. At one point, I was told it would cost approximately $15,000 to keep Sammy hospitalized for 24 hours to see how she responded. Again, there was no clear answer about whether she had a chance, only "we'll see." But that credit card machine was in their hand, of course. I was desperate. I would have done anything for Sammy. I needed someone to tell me honestly whether there was hope or whether she would simply be suffering. Eventually, per their advice, we put her down. It was one of the most difficult decisions of my life. Months later, I showed some of the test results from that day to other veterinary professionals. I was told there were additional things that potentially could have been done and that Sammy may have had more of a fighting chance than I had been led to believe. One veterinarian told me euthanasia would not have been their first choice. I understand no veterinarian can guarantee an outcome, especially with severe trauma, and I understand that sometimes an animal cannot be saved. But that doesn't erase the questions I still have about Sammy's care that night. There is another part of this experience I will never forget. After Sammy was put down, I was taken to a room to spend some final time with her. My family and I were devastated. We had just lost a member of our family. While we were saying our final goodbyes, we could hear employees at the front desk having personal conversations and repeatedly laughing and bursting into laughter. To be clear, their conversation had nothing to do with us. They were not laughing at us or Sammy. But they knew we were there. They knew what had happened. They knew we had just lost a beloved member of our family. In that moment, I expected some level of empathy and awareness. Instead, we were grieving just a few feet away while listening to employees laughing and carrying on. That was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. And unfortunately, the bad experience didn't end there. I was told I would receive a refund for services that were not performed because Sammy had passed away. Months later, after repeatedly contacting Case, I was told their accounting department was behind and that my refund would be processed the following month. Instead, I received an email stating that I had a past-due balance. I had been grieving the loss of my cat, repeatedly following up about a refund I was told I was owed, and instead received a bill saying I owed them money. I also paid for the cremation package, including the paw print and memorial items, without questioning the cost because I was in shock. I was told it would take about two weeks for Sammy's ashes to arrive and that they would call me. Two weeks passed with no call. I called a few days later and was casually told, "Oh, she's here, you can come pick her up." After everything I had already experienced, the lack of communication and compassion was heartbreaking. It is now September 2026, and I still think about Sammy every single day. I know accidents happen. I know veterinary medicine is complicated. I know not every animal can be saved. But when I brought Sammy to Case, I needed to believe everything reasonably possible was being done to give her a chance. Instead, I left with questions I still have today. I would not recommend Case Animal Hospital to anyone. Stay far away from this place. Read the negative reviews. Many describe experiences concerningly similar to mine. Sammy deserved better. I miss her every single day,

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Emergency Pet Hospital of Glendora…read more Friday night was one of the most stressful nights I've experienced as a pet owner. My Frenchie was having her first litter, and things became very chaotic very quickly. On the way to the hospital, she had her first puppy right there in the front seat of my truck! When we arrived, I called to let them know what was happening, and they were kind enough to come outside and help bring her and her newborn puppy inside. From that moment on, I felt like she was in good hands. The staff was incredibly welcoming, gentle, and compassionate. They knew how to keep me calm without overwhelming me with how serious her C-section was. I was scared and had so many questions, but someone was always there to explain the process and talk me through what was happening. There was honestly no wait time, they took her in right away. I also really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel discussing the cost of everything. I never felt pressured or like I was being pushed to make a decision based on money. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt respected throughout the entire experience. My Frenchie is now home recovering, and I'm so grateful to everyone who took care of her and her puppies. The doctor was seeing the last patient of the day and was referring us to another clinic in Glendora. We told her to please ask the doctor to take a look at our cat. I told him our cat is old and he can't handle that much pressure anymore going to Glendora.. Long story short, this place has last call like some high end restaurant and I'm guessing everyone wants to get off work right at 11PM. Good luck with the "new management last call clinic". Getting off work is their first priority and not saving pets lives!

Their bedside manner, the way they treated us, and especially the way they treated our dog meant so much to us.
