Wow I'm so glad I brought my daughters puppy here. He has extreme anxiety. He had some trauma at another vet here in Fullerton. First let me say the person who answered the phone was extremely helpful wonderful customer service! Upon arrival I was seen right away! My daughter doggy had a ruptured anal gland and the doctor explained everything in detail answering all of our concerns. Very Caring and like I mentioned very informative. We were given a breakdown of everything and anslee was so sweet. Our doggy was definitely in good hands!! I wish I've gotten all the lady's names here because they were all very very sweet! Having a pet who is very sacred to go anywhere!! They made sure he was taken care of and I forgot to mention he loved Dr Lee!!!! I just cant put in words of how this visit was! Thanks to everyone ! If you want the best care give them a try

My cat

Dr. Lee has been amazing! Extremely informative and has taken the right steps to help my cat. She is on the senior side so I don't expect her to be cured of everything that's wrong, but I've definitely feel relieved to know what is wrong. She has been better since coming here and I hope I have more years with her so I can keep bringing her here. I highly recommend this place.

Needed an extraction for a tooth that's been loose for a while, healing well!

Kind of want to gate keep this new place but also wanted to share when there's something worthy of sharing! Got updated vaccinations here and a teeth cleaning done recently with amazing results. Had a wonderful experience from day 1, starting from the kind, caring, attentive nature of Dr Lee, to the professional, competent, and expertise knowledge he demonstrated with Chewie's care. Already sharing pics and results with friends bc it's really hard to find a trustworthy and honest vet who is also priced very fair. Tysm Dr. Lee and Cassidy for your care!

Both me and my feline had a great experience. I felt very trusting of this clinic because from the moment of the online booking everything went smooth, no confusion. Staff and Doctor were very informative and answered all my questions and potential questions. They knew how sensitive I was and I wanted everything to go perfect and it did. I will return anytime.

Scarlett at her new vet!

Dr. Lee and the staff were amazing! Not to mention, the whole facility is aesthetically pleasing. I came in to establish new vet care and get my dog her fecal test, everything went smoothly and finished quicker than I expected. They definitely take their time discussing all clients' concerns! I love how Dr.Lee does the exam right in front of you. They currently have a dental special going on, which can't be beat.

My Sophie (before the eye ulcer).

A few weeks ago I saw a new vet clinic by the Dollar Tree on Chapman and State College. Didn't think much of it at the time. Then my Sophie got a gray patch on her eye. Took her to our regular vet which happens to be a VERY popular vet clinic in YL. Long story short, the vet misdiagnosed the gray patch as a lipid. Didn't even prescribe anything, not even drops. She said there was nothing to do. One week later Sophie's eye was very oozy with yellow goop. Decided to take her to the new vet clinic- Fullerton Pet Clinic. Dr. Lee did three tests and determined it was not a lipid. It was calcium that then ruptured and turned into an ulcer. It was very bad and he warned us that there was a chance she could go blind. She was immediately put on six medications including three to be applied in the eye. One was a serum made from her own blood. Well luckily after three weeks her eye is now 99% healed. Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable and treated her with gentleness and kindness. I was expecting the vet bill to be in the thousands (it usually was with the previous vet) but I was pleasantly surprised that it was very reasonable considering the extent of the treatment and medicines. If you're looking for a new vet, I highly recommend Fullerton Pet Clinic.

Extremely thankful for Dr.Lee and his team. Thank you for saving our puppy's. Staff was kind and welcoming I couldn't ask for more.

They are kind, attentive, and truly care about the animals they treat. My senior dog received treatment and blood tests at a fair and reasonable price, without being pushed into unnecessary procedures or extra charges. That level of patience and care is hard to find, and I really appreciate it.

My search led me to Dr. Cruz's phone number on the Humane Society's website. Upon calling and explaining the situation, he promptly requested photos and advised us to bring Luna in immediately. Dr. Cruz assessed her and recommended urgent surgery. His price for the mass removal, medication, and follow-ups was extremely reasonable. We agreed, and Dr. Cruz performed the surgery the same day His dedication truly stood out: he texted daily, inquiring about Luna and requesting photos of the surgical site. A week later, when Luna developed an infection, we rushed her back. Dr. Cruz was again fantastic, performing an emergency clean-up and remaining diligent with her aftercare. He was always accessible to answer any questions regarding Luna's surgery and recovery. I am happy to report that Luna has fully recovered. Because of this positive experience, we later brought my mother-in-law's other dog, Lucas, a long-haired dachshund, to Dr. Cruz for neutering and a dental cleaning. Again, the pricing was more than reasonable, and Lucas recovered without any issues. We drove about an hour to see Dr. Cruz, and it was absolutely worth thetrip. I highly recommend Dr. Cruz and his facility for all your pet's medical needs. Your pet will receive excellent care from Dr. Cruz and his staff. MUCHAS GRACIAS DR. CRUZ!

I still love this vet practice. Our dogs continue to be clients of Sunnycrest Animal Care Center,…read moreand we are very happy with the clinic. The staff are kind, the techs clearly care about our dogs, and we especially love Dr. Boram Lee. Our sweet girl recently had a sudden eye issue that scared us half to death, and Dr. Lee did an excellent job diagnosing and treating her. She clearly cares and works hard. We've also had good experiences with Dr. Tomko and Dr. Gaertner. That said, embedded in this 5-star experience is a very serious 1-star experience with Dr. Blanco, and I feel obligated to be very clear about it so other pet owners are aware. I hope all of your pets are able to avoid the negative outcome our poor pup experienced. A couple of years ago, we brought our other dog in because he was squinting and clearly uncomfortable. We suspected autoimmune dry eye (KCS), which is common in his breed, and we told her we had been giving him lubricating eye drops around the clock, which were helping. She was extremely dismissive and demeaning. She literally said to me, "Why would you want a dog with dry eyes?"--even though she herself has a dog with KCS. Instead of taking our concerns seriously, she insisted it was allergies (which, based on later visits, seems to be her default diagnosis even without clear signs). He never has had symptoms of allergies then or even now. She shamed me for even looking into the cause of his discomfort and scoffed when she found out my profession in the medical field, as if I was overstepping by trying to figure out what was going on with my dog. I simply was trying to provide him relief while waiting for the weekend to be over so he could get to the vet. She performed a dry eye test and said it was normal. What we later learned is that the test was invalid because we had given him lubricating drops beforehand. She knew this--we told her, and she documented it--but she did not tell us that it would invalidate the test, did not instruct us to stop drops beforehand, and did not repeat the test properly. Over multiple subsequent visits, we kept asking the same questions: Why is he squinting all the time? Why is there brown pigmentation developing in his eyes? Every time, it was dismissed. No real investigation, no change in plan. This year, when our other dog had an eye issue, Dr. Boram Lee immediately diagnosed dry eye and explicitly told us not to give lubricating drops before testing. She also tested our first dog, and his dry eye was significantly worse and clearly had been going on for a while. We took him to a veterinary ophthalmologist today, who confirmed the outcome: he now has vision impairment from chronic, untreated dry eye. He has a large area of pigment (about 1 cm) blocking his vision and fibrosis causing overall haziness. We were told this damage is largely irreversible and was very much preventable with appropriate diagnosis and treatment earlier. So to be clear: our dog spent years squinting and in pain--essentially feeling like he had sand in his eyes--while being dismissed. And now, at 7 years old, he has permanent vision loss that could have been avoided. We took our concerns to the head of the clinic, Dr. Glassberg, who was gracious and had a dignified balance between being supportive of his employee but also acknowledging our concerns. I still recommend Sunnycrest because we have had genuinely excellent care from other vets there. But I would strongly advise avoiding Dr. Blanco. This was not just bad bedside manner. This was a missed diagnosis with real consequences. If she cannot correctly diagnose a condition her own dog has--and dismisses owners raising valid concerns--there is a serious issue. There is no way to undo the damage. However, with clear evidence from the specialist that this resulted from untreated dry eye, I am hopeful the practice will take full accountability and step in to assist with these costs. His condition could have easily been managed by a general vet, but now we have to see the specialist to try to recover whatever we can. I wish there were a way to turn back time and prevent this vision loss, but sadly I do not have this option and it breaks my heart. I thought if I was attentive to my dogs and got them regular veterinary care, these outcomes could be avoided. I'm heartbroken that despite constant vigilance and repeated veterinary visits, this preventable outcome occurred. Now, I will trust my instincts instead of blindly trusting professionals and aim to only get my dogs care from vets I truly trust. I still love Sunnycrest and am a happy client there, but please heed my warning about Dr. Blanco and maybe my dog's suffering can save yours from a bad outcome. If sharing this prevents even one pet from going through what ours did, it's worth it.

I have been bringing my Doberman to this veterinary office since she was only a few months old,…read morewhich made my most recent experience extremely disappointing. My dog was in heat during this visit and was understandably a little more anxious than usual. While she did growl, this is not typical behavior for her, and I expected a veterinarian with years of experience and familiarity with my dog to be able to assess the situation professionally. Instead, the veterinarian never properly examined her. For most of the appointment, he only peeked his head into the room and would not come in. After I addressed my concerns, he finally entered but remained pressed against the wall, visibly fearful of my dog. It was shocking to see this level of discomfort from someone who has been treating her since she was a puppy. What was even more frustrating was being charged an examination fee when no meaningful examination actually took place. I specifically questioned the charge because, from my perspective, there was no exam performed. It felt unfair to pay for a service that was never provided, not to mention when I called to schedule the appointment I let the receptionist know that my dog was still on her period. Instead of telling me that it was too soon for her to come in for an examination she still scheduled my appointment. Once we began the "consultation" the vet tells me that it's too soon and that she needs to wait a couple of months. Why couldn't that have been said over the phone? We wouldn't have wasted our time to come in for a useless appointment, let alone be charged for an exam if the vet didn't even examine her?! I understand that safety is important, but if a veterinarian is unable or unwilling to properly assess a patient, that should be communicated honestly rather than charging for a full exam. After bringing my dog here for an entire year, this experience left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and will no longer be bringing my dog here for any future visits.

After surgery I go to pick up my dog and all seemed well until I got home and found a golf ball sized amount of dried up blood on my dogs shoulder blades. Ends up the vet could not do something as easy as a microchip procedure. Had to drive back to the vet to remedy the situation. The amount of blood that had to be cleaned up for a simple microchip was astonishing.... - To further illustrate how amateur this Vet is. Dog had it's declaws removed as well. Had to wait 5 days to remove bandages. Upon removal, one side of his legs looked normal while the other side had 3-4inches worth of stitches!!! If there were any complications, nothing was mentioned to me. Vet seems very amateur at best and in my opinion should not be operating on dogs if he turns what should be a 1inch incision into 3-4 inches.... - Vet was deceptive about pricing. He will make it seem as if everything listed in his estimate is required. I found after the surgery from talking with others, many items in the estimate are optional. I would not mind paying his prices if the services were exceptional but sadly his service are below par. - This Vet is money hungry. I noticed the day of my dogs operation, there were so many other animals booked to be neutered/spayed as well. I got the feeling the Vet books way too many appointments to fill his greed and ultimately cannot provide the animals the attention they deserve while going under the knife. As a result his work looks amateurish as best. STAY AWAY
