Went to OC Foot & Ankle Group in Fullerton and had a great experience in the office. I saw Dr. LeJeune and he was great in provided patient care. Felt he listened to all of my concerns and I did not feel rushed at all. He explained the cause of my big toe pain and provided treatment right away. Also went over my plantar fasciitis and conservative treatments we can do to minimize flare ups. The front office was great from check-in to check-out and Susan was very sympathetic to my concerns and was genuinely apologetic for the misunderstanding that occurred between the scheduler and myself. I have a follow up appt in 3 weeks to finish the treatment on my toe and get a custom orthotic insole. I'm glad I gave them a second chance and they did not disappoint. read more

I have been receiving foot treatment with Dr. Jacobs, after an Achilles surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobs as she went above and beyond to help me with the pain I was having. She Sent me to therapy, recommended other specialists, treated me with medication . I am very, very happy with her decisions and ttreatment. As of today, 6/12/26, I have been doing much, much better, about 90% relief from the pain I had been suffering when I first went to see her. She is very polite, caring and concerned with her patients. Office ladies are also very friendly and helpful. Rarely do I have to wait too long in the office. read more

I've had the best experience at this facility between the front desk and the assistant's and doctor's all of them are very well educated and knowledgeable. I 100% recommend this office for what ever is going on with your feet. My doctor was Alexandra Jacobs, she a kind and caring thoughtful person she listens to you and your needs and has wonderful feed back and recommendations to your health and for you to get better and rehabilitate, she there to help you. A few weeks ago I had a very frustrating experience trying to book an appointment at this clinic. I wrote a review about this experience and right away, I received a call to rectify the problem. I think it's a natural reaction for a business to want to correct any mistakes made. However, Orange County Foot and Ankle not only corrected a mistake but went above and beyond to show that they were sincerely committed to providing good care. From that first call, every possible accommodation was made to make sure I could see a doctor, even beyond what would be expected. I can't thank Susan enough for making sure I would be seen as soon as possible with as little obstacles in the way as possible. She was wonderfully upfront and sincere and all-around gracious. I also enjoyed meeting with Dr. Yen who was very thorough in her explanations with me. I wish I could give this clinic zero stars because that's exactly what my experience deserves. I was treated here from March to May 2023 for a plantar wart and an ingrown toenail, and while the first couple of visits seemed normal, everything fell apart after my final treatment. The medication the doctor applied (I believe his name was Takashima) caused tingling at first, but within days the entire area on my heel ballooned into a painful, golf-ball-sized swelling. Walking became miserable, and daily activities were almost impossible. When I called the clinic for help, hoping for some real concern or guidance, all I got was an ibuprofen prescription and a "the swelling should go down." It didn't. The pain and swelling stayed exactly the same. I ended up going to another podiatrist, who immediately told me I had a chemical burn. They had to drain the blister and resumed excellent treatment once it fully healed. That alone should say everything about the quality of care I received at this place. But why write the review now? I'm writing this review now because in 2025 (2 YEARS LATER) I suddenly received an invoice for the treatments from 2023. The clinic originally blamed "insurance delays," but conveniently left out the fact that they requested a reissued check in January 2025 because they never received the original one issued in 2023. They only admitted this after I contacted my insurance directly and confronted them with the information. And what makes this even more unbelievable is that I've had an insurance check go missing before, and the entire investigation and reissue process took three months at most, not two years. Their explanation simply doesn't add up, and the lack of transparency is incredibly frustrating. Between the painful outcome, the lack of proper follow-up, and the extremely delayed and confusing billing, my experience with this clinic was overwhelmingly negative. If you're considering treatment here, I would strongly recommend looking at other offices that operate more professionally and communicate more responsibly. read more

Had a very positive experience at this place. They were courteous and helpful. I was able to get a quick appointment and got some questions answered. They had hand sanitizer everywhere and the seats in the waiting room were socially distanced. The consultation rooms were very clean. The doctor was professional and helpful, and I didn't feel rushed at all. Ultimately, I'd recommend this place to anyone who has been putting off this appointment to just get some information about anything they have going on that they're unsure of. Hello. My name is Rebecca Oronoz. My experience with Dr. Corey LeJeune at the Orange County Foot and Ankle Group has been extremely disappointing. I had ingrown toenail surgery on both big toes on April 22, 2024, and have faced numerous complications since. Post-surgery, I experienced nerve pain and an infection, which were treated with Amoxiclav antibiotics. Despite multiple follow-ups where I reported ongoing pain and swelling, Dr. LeJeune dismissed my concerns as normal. Now, nearly three months later, my condition has worsened significantly. I experience sharp, stabbing pain in both big toes, consistent toe numbness for months, and, at times, the numbness extends from the bottoms of my feet to my upper legs. Additionally, I have two returning ingrown toenails. I am in more discomfort now than before the procedure. After struggling to get an earlier appointment and continuing to face issues, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Hassan at the Ankle and Foot Care Center in Whittier on July 11. Dr. Hassan identified serious problems with the initial surgery, including improper numbing and potential nerve damage, and advised against further surgery. He said the Dr's there need to fix their mistake. He even suggested exploring legal action. I had an appointment weeks prior scheduled with Dr. LeJeune for July 30, but it was rescheduled by the office. I was already hesitant to return due to my worsening condition, and lack of trust in the facility. I received a phone call from Jennifer to see if I still needed to see a doctor about my toes. I voiced my concerns to her, but she was dismissive and rude. She justified Dr. LeJeune's actions by personalizing her own experience with her toe surgery at this facility, claiming that she healed "just fine" and that "all the doctors here are great." She showed no empathy nor care in trying to find a positive Solution for the issues I was experiencing. Having already paid over $600 for the procedure, both her and the doctors' actions made me reluctant to return and spend more money when I no longer trust their facility. Her only solution was to "squeeze me in with a different doctor," and when I expressed my hesitation and asked who this new doctor would be, she again dismissed me, saying "all the doctors here are great" in a rude, sarcastic tone. Not once did I ever feel heard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice. They lack accountability, and I'm left with more pain than before. If you value quality care, it's best to avoid this facility. I now have nerve damage I hope heals with time, in more pain, and left with ingrown toenails that never were properly Taken out to begin with. read more

I just want to say that I've had really bad experiences in the past with doctors office where I never went back, but I really loved everyone's service at this clinic. They are very helpful and answered all my questions I had. Jazlyn was very helpful in getting me in very quickly after I told her I was in so much pain. Dr. Daphne Yen was personable and professional. After reviewing x-rays and finding no fracture, she administered a cortisone injection to relieve pain. Time will tell if pain is caused by a tendon tear or simply a strain. I'm contemplating treatment for ingrown toenails when I get up the nerve. This would have been a 5* review if not for (1) Dr. Yen wrote 1 prescription plus one other that was supposed to be sent electronically to my pharmacy by a staff member. It's been 8 working days and this prescription has still not been received by my pharmacy. I've made two follow up calls during office hours, left a detailed message both times, yet received no response. (2) although quite unexpected, Dr said she would call in a couple of days to see how the foot was feeling. She did not. While I'd never expect a personal follow-up call, I do expect follow through. read more

I don't have insurance so I was looking for somewhere reasonably priced to see me. $95 to be seen which is awesome. The front desk and nurses were SO NICE!! They were gentle and friendly. I saw Dr. Lejeune and he was so incredibly helpful and friendly. He answered all of mine and my husbands questions and concerns. He never rushed us at all and made me feel very comfortable. There are different doctors who work at this location but the doctor I saw was Dr.LeJeune. I first came because of my ingrown toe nails. Apparently it's common postpartum pregnancy. We first did a less invasive procedure for my toes and for the toes that kept causing me issues, I decided to take the more invasive route. I am familiar with the matrix procedure (permanently removing the growth of a nail) since I got them in the past for both my big toes. I thought Dr. LeJeune did an amazing job and they all healed wonderfully. If I have any foot or toe issue again, I would definitely come back to this location. read more

My wife went here for a consultation regarding the edge of her pinky toenail that would constantly separate and jut out causing discomfort. The doctor took a look at it and basically told her that surgery would not be advised and to regularly file it down. She then said she can "just do it for her" and filed it down...the whole appointment was no longer than 20 minutes. She paid $160 at the end of the appointment as they said that deductibles are paid for at time of service. 6 months later, I get a bill showing that the filing of the nail was a whopping charge of $55, and the consultation was over $270, and I'm being asked to pay an extra $186! For several years now I have had my podiatry needs taken care of by the Orange County Foot and Ankle Group. I have worked with 3 different doctors and all have been outstanding. Oftentimes though the unsung hero's of any good medical practice are the support staff. My review today is prompted by Karla, one of those amazing hero's. I have just left my appointment. She was unable to attend to me on my last 2 visit and what a blessing today to find that she is back. After finding out that she has been doing this work for 16 years I understand why her standard is so high. She finds the perfect balance between gentleness and really digging into the nitty gritty of cleaning up the medical problem. I can't thank her enough.
