After reaching out to numerous contracting companies and comparing quotes and services, we chose Orange Home Builders since the price was reasonable and based on the reviews/online photos. Overall had a positive experience. The best part about Orange Home Builders is the quick communication, constant updates about the project, and the design assistance. My fiance and I were wanting to remodel the guest bathroom for years, but didn't feel comfortable with selecting our own materials. Orange Home Builders has design services with 3D rendering that helps bring your project to life. The final look of the project did match what we were expecting so that's great. The design process was pretty smooth, although I expected a little more expertise in terms of selecting materials from reputable companies. I appreciated getting a clean list of materials that we needed to buy - this helped so much to keep everything organize. However, the backsplash and side splash weren't on the list, so we had to order it later, which delayed the project. Most of the remodeling process was smooth. The workers tried their best to keep it clean and to keep the dust contained. One issue was that they told us in order to prevent the gap in the wall between the vanity and the wall, we would need to remove this section between the wall/door for an additional cost (a piece of wood could not be wedged in the gap), but when they did that, there was still a gap between the vanity and the wall. When we expressed our concerns, they were able to fill the gap but I'm not sure if removing the section between the wall/door was necessary. After the project was done, we inspected everything, and the towel bar and mirror were loose, but they came out to fix everything to satisfaction. Years later we reached out to the team regarding water leaking (there is a gap under the shower frame door so you need to shower a certain way to avoid water spilling out), and they brought out someone to fix it quickly. They comped this repair to demonstrate their dedication to customer service. Overall, this remodeling experience is way better than others due to the design services, accessibility, and quick communication from the team. read more

What a great experience! Our kitchen was 60+ years old, cabinets falling apart, and cramped. Haim and his team at Orange Home Builders helped us realize our long standing dream of opening up the space and adding an island. We set a budget and they stayed within while accommodating revisions. There was only one unavoidable additional charge as they found a dangerous issue that our vent was only accessing the attic and not going out through the roof (from a previous roof replacement). Additional cost was understandable and they did a great job fixing this issue and still staying on track. We were quoted 4-6 weeks and ended at 6 weeks including a large change order we initiated and asbestos abatement. We will definitely call Haim, David, Rosie and all if we ever have any concerns or have additional needs! The orange home builders team led by project manager Haim recently did the exterior renovation on our house consisting of new roofed patio cover, new concrete, tile and fencing in our front and back yards, new turf in our back yard, stucco repair, and outdoor lighting installation. It was a big project that was intimidating to us in its scope, but the OHB team was very methodical, organized, detail oriented, professional, and on top of things (including city permits and inspections) so we didn't have to do much or worry about anything. We experienced some issues with our HOA during the project needing us to change some of our plans, but the team gracefully worked with us and were unfazed. When other minor issues came up, we felt they approached things fairly, always took care of anything not to our liking. Our project manager Haim was easy to text/call and did weekly walk throughs to keep us informed and to get our feedback at every step. Their site manager Gerry and his partner Diego had a painstaking attention to detail, to the level of perfectionism. The end result was better than we could have imagined. We needed to get a home remodel, which included new cabinets and countertops for our kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room. We reached out to a few different vendors for competitive quotes, but each seemed to lack in one area or another. When Orange Home Builders came out for the initial consultation, I was very impressed by the representative's (Haim) professionalism and demeanor. He provided me a quote which worked within the scale of our budget. I was initially hesitant to get started right away, as we had a ten day vacation planned, but they assured me things would get taken care of in my absence. I was told the project could take about 4-6 weeks. We moved forward with the project. While we were overseas, the communication was impeccable. A few snags happened along the way, such as happens with construction and we worked through it. To our surprise, when we got home, most of the project was done and looked amazing!
