The price is not too bad but the with the tax I'm basically paying for 3 nights. The room space was used previously from a motel. The beds were not too bad but there is outlet access for your charging needs. The lockers need better sizing and don't fit with my padlock. The bathroom has extra curtains which I appreciate for privacy. The lighting for the room is just cheap lights you can get from the dollar tree. I wish there's an additional restroom there cuz the restroom gets occupied frequently at the morning. There is a microwave and fridge but the fridge is filled up. The breakfast they have is basically cheap packaged muffins, yogurt, bananas, and apples. There is coffee and juice there. I don't see any waffles or protein there. I haven't used the pool due to short stays but it looks decent! The bed could use privacy curtains and more pillows though. Overall I enjoyed the stay and I will be back for another stay at Disneyland!

It feels really safe. There is a designated locker for each person in the room. I always choose the women 'en suite' room because it has an adjoining bathroom just for the women in the room. I don't like the idea of sharing a hall bathroom with men. Staff has been helpful every time I stay there. I like the communal feeling and the friendly atmosphere.

The facility itself looks small and unassuming since it is part of a larger complex on Fair Oaks (next to a Massage parlor) but the interior is exquisite! Beautifully decorated with high regalia of the lodge's history. I've met many great individuals while attending events here with interesting stories to tell! They have a small parking lot in the back, but I always prefer to park in the streets since it's easier. The facility has a back and front staircase entrance, with the elevator to the facility being in the back where parking is.

Everyone was super pleasant and professional, and we enjoyed our drinks. Since our office is only a few blocks away, and we have many guests, and employees from our UK office visit frequent, this is definitely one place that I will be recommending to our staff that books these visits.

When I arrived on April 3 (still within my stay period), I was informed that my reservation had been TOLD as a "no-show" on April 2 without my knowledge and canceled. I received no notification at any point, even by the morning of April 3. As a result, I was denied both accommodation and a refund. This is extremely unreasonable. I had not canceled my booking, and I had already checked in digitally. The lack of communication and accountability is very disappointing. I would strongly caution others when booking here.

There was no TV - no big deal - but if you're looking to watch your fave while you're here, don't expect to. The room was stuffy and I just wanted to turn the fan feature on the AC but we couldn't get it to work. The next morning I went to take a shower and wasted a lot of precious California water trying to pull the hot water over. I remembered in the check in instructions there were steps to check if you don't have hot water. (Why don't you fix the issue instead of putting instructions in the check in paperwork?) Still had no hot water. Went to the community shower and of the 5 or six showers there only one looked unoccupied- I'm sure because it had no shower curtain. All the others had someone's toiletries on the shelves. A couple had closed curtains and a towel over the bar and yet no one was in there except me. The one I chose to use had a slimy floor, still no hot water after wasting more water but the last straw for me was the thick mold on the shower curtain. I contacted AirBnB customer service and sent all the pictures I took of all the issues and asked for a refund on the remaining days because we weren't staying. Customer Service was great but the worst experience ever ever stay at a hotel or ABnB.
