They have became my first BBB claim, bad google review and bad yelp review that I have ever made, customer BEWARE. HORRIBLE customer service, lack of communication skill, no management or owner support. No one is on the same page. Techs show up unscheduled(multiple occasion), especially if the repair is thru a warranty company heed my warning, do not use, warranty company will not complete claim and you the paying customer will be left without options. (June 25, 2024, 5:00 pm) I just got off the phone with the receptionist Jessica and I can truly say I have never received worse customer service. First I explained my situation of Orange Mountain's tech Steven not showing up to our appointment, and expressed that it had been over a month since our fridge has been broken. Jessica seemed to take this personally and told me not to get an attitude with her since she had "nothing to do with this" despite the fact I have indeed spoke to her specifically multiple times trying to get this resolved. I asked to speak to her boss and was told that her boss Shawn will be canceling our work order because of my "attitude". Once I informed her that I am recording this phone call, she immediately started back tracking and trying to apologize. Totally unprofessional and hostile behavior, I cannot even include everything Jessica said to me on the phone because this review would be pages long. Anyone who is considering using this company please consider at your own risk. In response to the company's reply, I have tried multiple times to call back to speak to a supervisor and each and every time Jessica answers and informs me there is not supervisor. I do not trust her to actually rely my call to her supervisor for obvious reasons. It is also astonishing that she is still employed with this company after the way she behaved towards a customer. One more update, the owner of the company Sean called us today and told us that can "kiss his ___" for leaving a poor review for them on Google. read more

Do not use Orange Mountain for anything. This company is extremely unprofessional, rude, and outright lies to its clients. We had a refrigerator repair order in with this company for 5 weeks. We called the first weeks and every time I asked for a status update, the employee Jess was rude and acted like she didn't have time to answer my questions. Fast forward 4 weeks. Last week they scheduled an appointment to my home. The appointment was 8-12 and they didn't show up. I check Dispatch and it tells me they moved the appointment to 10-2, no big deal. I was home. I have doorbell cameras on every door and all over the property, I have a fenced in front porch as well. At 1:30, the company claims that they arrived and knocked on my "back door." Mind you this door is attached to a garage and is not part of the house. I called 10 minutes later because I got an email about the appointment. Jess answered the phone. I was not mean or rude or unprofessional, but I was frustrated that they couldn't take the time to knock on the front door or call me. They knocked on a external garage door for 30 seconds and left. So they claim, they would not provide me footage of the picture they claimed to have taken. While talking to Jess. I told her to get me to her supervisor because she claimed "I don't knows anything about the tech visit." Jess immediately got an attitude and told me that I am not going to talk to her like that. When I called out how unprofessional it was to tell a customer to not be upset about a 5 week old repair job. She told me that she was going to have her boss Shawn, cancel the whole repair job so that our fridge wouldn't be repaired. Jess continued to get an attitude and claimed that her boss was never available and never answers her. I call the warranty company and they confirmed that Jess and Shawn made good on their threats, they called the Warranty company and claimed that I'm a liar, and had the warranty company cancel the repair job. I noticed that Shawn the owner of Orange Mountain was calling me while I was working, so I returned his call today. He did not call me to work out the problem, he called to argue with his customers. I was not sure why he was calling me because they already canceled my repair ticket. We also rent out an apartment next door, so I was curious to see if they knocked on the apartment door. When I asked Shawn for the picture they claimed to take of my door, he told me he wasn't sending it and once again told me to "kiss his ass." He didn't call to offer to get the replacement done. He told me he had knocked on my back door, which wasn't even attached to my house. I told Shawn that he may want to consider knocking on a customers front door, because that's the instructions that I left with the warranty company. When I told Shawn he should knock on front doors for customers and call customers when there is no answer at their back door, he told me, "kiss my fucking ass buddy." Not only will this horrible company take 5 weeks to do a job, but they will arrive outside the appointment window, knock on doors that are on obviously attached to a garage, and argue with you and belittle you when you ask for status updates. If you show any sign of frustration, they get emotional and demand that you talk "nice" to them. Just to reiterate, I never cursed or disrespected them in any way, I just adamant about getting this 5 week nonsense complete. If you are anything but happy to be screwed over without a fridge for 5 weeks, the owner Shawn will tell you to kiss his ass. Unfortunately we are starting over and getting a new provider out, but hopefully that new company will not be as unprofessional and disrespectful as Orange Moutain. I am livid with this company! We have been without a refrigerator for over 7 weeks and when I called to find out what is going on where my compressor and when it will be fixed, they said it was drop shipped so they don't know when it is coming and there is no tracking number??!!! They don't know where it is when it's coming in or when it will be fixed after the fact that I've been waiting this long, no communication nobody's called me and now I'm at a standstill because nobody wants to do their job inside the office. This is ridiculous and I am beyond livid. I have a baby at home all the milk that was frozen completely destroyed and I've been without a refrigerator to be able to refrigerate anything. ( so we've been eating out all the time.. I'm sick of it my baby and child need home cooked meals. No one cares at this office. Nobody cares at LG since it's in orange mountains hands and I'm just sitting here at the mercy of someone or something happening!!! I'm hoping someone further up will be seeing this and do something about it!!! read more
