Dr. Beachler and his staff were thorough and kind and Dr. Beachler explained all my options to me in great detail and instead of recommending the most aggressive treatment option, he advised a conservative wait and see approach since it seemed like my problems had a chance at self resolving. I can't remember everyone's name but Dr. Roshi is amazing, honest, and trustworthy. She takes her time and is very personable and compassionate. Thank you, Dr. Roshi. Second, Celeste, Ensell, Arin, and I believe the Dental Tech's name was Ryan (a young Caucasian man with great skill, passion, and compassion). The three ladies above were always smiling, patient, sweet, and so attentive asking me if I needed water and someone even exchanged my money for smaller bills and coins to catch the bus back home that day. Everyone has been such a joy to work with. They always made sure that you were comfortable and would even see me when my two-hour mission on the bus and the Metrolink from Los Angeles ran behind. Thank goodness for quality people who care about the well-being of others. Here's the part that went wrong with management. I got a root canal on April 14th. It was not long after that that I had some complications. Every two weeks it seemed like I would call or come in for some type of assistance. My tooth discomfort never went away and when I eat food the pain increases. I was told before I started that if the root canal didn't take I could receive a full refund. To this date, I'm still having some discomfort. My dentist said that they could not put a crown on a tooth in pain and would not recommend putting a crown on a tooth in pain. Also, to add something positive but not to management, Dr. Roshi prescribed me a Medsol pack which was an excellent idea but didn't help, nor did the antibiotics from my former dentist after using the Medsol pack. Dr. Rishi did say that she did create a small crack but it didn't look like it went down to the root. However, there could be microcracks that she can't see. I wouldn't have minded an extraction but they don't do extractions. Her honesty will always be remembered and not taken for granted! Dr. Roshi and everyone in the office did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. Dr. Roshi even adjusted my bite which helped a little but not fully. I can't blame the team for doing their absolute best but management has not called me back since my last appointment on June 22nd to talk about this matter. I was told when I left that I had just missed her and that she only comes into the Orange location on Mondays. I called the week after and left a message with the front desk still no call back. Now I'm writing a lengthy review because I need my refund so that I can get an extraction and a bone graft for a possible future implant. NOT TO MENTION NOW MY FACE IS SWOLLEN. It isn't professional to leave someone hanging for three weeks with no resolution or call back.

ORIGINAL REIVEW: I got my root canal here before my general dentist could place the crown. After the root canal I went back to the general dentist and upon taking X-rays told me the root canal was done improperly and was incomplete. I had to back to Dr. Lin for a second root canal on the same tooth. Upon going back the GP he said it's a little better but he's still not completely satisfied but would "probably be ok". Facing the reality of having to do a third root canal on the same tooth for "probably" not necessary, I did the crown after the 2nd root canal and hoped for the best. Flash forward about six years later and the same tooth got an abscess bleeding out to the gum. Ended up losing the tooth and had to get an implant suffering through more dental procedures and will end up costing almost $9,000 out of my own pocket for all the work to be done diagnosing and treating the problem with three different specialties and doctors. If the tooth couldn't be saved by Dr. Lin he had a duty to tell me that and then I could have gone to a different doctor or had the tooth pulled. Obviously I couldn't go back to Dr. Lin and this practice because he had already proven to me he is incompetent and can't be trusted. I would advise you to avoid this practice based on incompetence, failure at duty of care and the dangerously poor skill of the doctor. I'm filing the appropriate complaints with the licensing and insurance company. If it were up to me, this doctor would have his license revoked.

Being an athlete myself many moons ago it was fascinating to hear that he was the Endodontist for the Boston Celtics before he came to California.
