They determined I was actually having brake issues. They could have seriously padded their till that day, but provided a service that was the least expensive of the things the issue could have been. I wouldn't have known any better if they told me it was one thing and repaired something different. They kept me informed the entire time of their progress and their completion time, then followed up to ensure all was well. They told me I would need more work done to the brakes, but it could hold off. Now is the time for that work. If I were still close to their store, it would not be a question where I'd be going. I reached out to Eurofed Automotive who quoted me on the upper end of normal pricing for the service I needed but still was way more reasonable than what the dealer quoted me. During the service, I was also recommended to get an additional service that I felt was fair to do. It's been about 2 months after my service was completed, and my car is doing really good. I'll definitely come back for other services now that I've gotten my feet wet with using Eurofed Automotive. I feel like the work was solid.
