Literally, I thought the idea of superior customer service and customer care was lost. It was so refreshing actually to experience what customer service should look like more often. Yosef was responsive, friendly, and professional from the start of my search for a sofa cleaner. Their rates are competitive and fair. Yosef showed up on time, he was respectful of my home and when he was done, he cleaned up after himself too. He put in such an effort to try and make sure I was satisfied. I can only speak to my sofa cleaning experience, but I wholeheartedly will be a return customer and I encourage anyone who is looking for a sofa cleaner, (they clean other home items too), should give these guys a shot. It was so stained and ragged looking, and he restored it back to it's white glory. It had to be taken offsite to be cleaned because it was so bad, but he communicated with us throughout the process so we didn't have to wonder what was going on. DISHONEST. AVOID THIS BUSINESS…read more I purchased an Amazon voucher for three areas (up to 600 feet total) for $49.00 (a $150 value, according to the deal). I let the promotional value of the deal voucher expire, but it says right on the voucher that the PAID VALUE DOES NOT EXPIRE. When I called to schedule service, informing them I had $49 in credit toward cleaning just one room that needed cleaning, they refused to honor the paid value of $49. After telling them I'd inform Amazon for not honoring the paid value, they finally agreed to honor it if I paid the difference. I asked what they would normally charge for a 250 square foot room, but they refused to quote a price over the phone. They said they'd come to the house and we'd figure it out then. This morning they came over and said that one room would be $150 minimum, and so I'd owe them another $100. I pointed out to them that they currently have a deal right here on Yelp which says "Mention Yelp: 4 rooms $99.95" and asked how four rooms could be $99 but one room would be $150? They responded "We don't work with Yelp no more." I told them to leave. I do not work with dishonest people.
