Well for starters the car is never dry after the wash, and I usually have to scrub out bird poop…read morethat's leftover after going through the wash. Cancelling a plan is not easy and the customer service (via the phone service) is very unhelpful. While on hold you can be quoted a two minute wait time, only to have no one pick up, or return your call after being asked to leave a voicemail. (This has happened now multiple times.) On one occasion all of the vacuums were also shut off, but this has since been fixed. But of course it was the day I really needed them that they weren't working. On another occasion the attendant argued with me about "not having a valid plan" even when I showed her my proof of expiration date, SENT TO ME BY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. Whoever runs the call service doesn't communicate with the establishment and that's a huge fault for this business. I get that the lady was just trying to do her job but it's a bad look when someone is arguing over a receipt that clearly shows when the plan was set to expire. She honored the car wash but seemed like she was irritated anyways. Don't understand why that's my fault when I provided her with the payment information. If I was in her shoes I'd be taking that up with the customer service team handling cancellations via the phone. Weird to have a full blown conversation about "how that's not how we do things" with the customer. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I'm officially over it. The last straw has been the lack of response from the customer service team who handles cancellations. It's been two days now that I've been calling without anyone picking up, or calling me back. We started coming here because it was convenient but now it's honestly just a headache. Would rather just wash it myself. Their value packages are a great deal but it's just not worth the trouble. Edit/Update: changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars because Maria from the phone/customer service team was able to help resolve my cancellation after calling back again. She noted that cancellations can be done via the website or via phone; which is important information because I had always been told you needed to call in to cancel or physically visit the car wash location. They have emailed receipts for cancellation before but did not this time because they didn't "have my information" despite my license plate number being the same on both occasions where I had signed up for a monthly plan. Im sticking to what I said about the communication is key part though. This business could have a great thing going if they were able to more clearly communicate their rules/expectations between all employees to ensure a better customer experience. Thanks for reading. I've been bringing my vehicles here for almost 2 months at this point. I rent vehicles on Turo so…read morethere's times when my cars are getting rented twice weekly so the same cars will get washed multiple times in a week span. Yesterday I brought my Tesla in to get washed and the employees there wiped so hard on the lettering that they bent the decal off along with one of the letters. You can see the fibers from the cleaning mitts they used stuck under the lettering. The lead staff informed me and we both took pictures of the affected area. I suggested that I would just order the replacement letters from Amazon and just be refunded next time in at the shop. The lead staff told me that she would have the boss contact me. Moving forward, the boss calls me and instantly begins absolving the shop of any responsibility, saying first, "Oh the shop that wrapped your car did a faulty job so take it back to them." Then after I explained to her that they've washed this same car several times and this NEVER happened, she said, "Oh it's the sun that caused this to happen." As a business owner myself I pride myself on making things right versus absolving myself of any liability. The replacement lettering was $39 on Amazon, less than the price I pay for a wash, but instead of making it right they wanted to make excuses and sidestep the issue. Needless to say, they've lost out on a customer that spends over $500 monthly on car wash services for multiple cars. If you have a higher end vehicle or any vehicle that is wrapped don't go to this place. If anything happens they'll make an excuse to avoid paying anything out.
