The pixel 5 proxl goes for 550-700 used on eBay sold listing as of current unless you look at the lower price ones with cracked screens and IMEI blocks that sell for 350-550. The Xbox series s they gave me 135 for when they sell without a elite 2 controller or the SSD that mine included for 200 used on eBay. I feel like they tried to find the lowest prices and unfairly quoted me on a sale so they could make a more profitable profit off my items. I can provide proof that even at 1/4 of what everything sells for online using used completed sales that I should have got between 750-900 minimum.

I've gotten I think 5 repairs here and they have either made the instrument worse by introducing a new issue or just not helping the issue at all. I recently went there for a repair for my instrument (a woodwind with a reed) and they even gave me the repair for free! Uh, new problem, my instrument now sounds like shit and is super airy. They also claimed that there was actually a note that wasn't working and that they fixed it?? Spoiler alert, I used to be able to play the note, NOW I CANT AT ALL! Awesome! It makes the instrument squeak I will probably continue coming here for stands, reeds, etc. but I think I'm done coming here for repairs

Finally I drove back to the store to discuss in person. 2nd visit both owners were there and put my daughter on the schedule for a lesson the following week. We live an hour each way from Oregon Coast music-so 2 hour commute. We show up he isn't there she recommends s to come back in 2 hrs. We wait he never shows. She tells me his drama and excuses which I don't need to hear and says he's quitting and that he may or may not have someone to take his place. Long story short we got the run around again. I came into the store asked to return the brand new violin-never been set up even and reminded her of our conversation prior to purchase! She said that she would first have to ask her husband so she once again took down my number promising to call me afterwards. Today it's been 45 days and no word back from her!! This establishment is beyond unprofessional and honestly could careless about their customers satisfaction. I guess being so rural has its advantages they don't have anyone to compete with?!!
