Requested tire rotation they quoted me 40 dollars. They removed my wheels and changed their rate to 80 dollars. They waited till they removed my wheels to change my rate. They asked me what i wanted to do once my wheels were removed. If i knew they were changing their rate i would have drove off. I found this place from FB market place. I was a bit worry at first since I'm far away from Modesto. The store front is definitely nothing fancy but they get the job done and fast! One thing I like is that they test the tire and make sure no leak and in promised conditions. For my work car this is a great way to get affordable rubber and not break the bank. read more

Sold me 3 leaky tires in a row, all of which upon our own inspection clearly had things like GROUPS of finishing nails pounded into them. They will take no responsibility for these tires (there is a sign clearly stating this) so if you insist on buying tires here, buyer BEWARE. Also will sell you used tires of softer (and thus quick wearing) tires like Yokohamas, so for your $25 you only get about $12 of wear. Also paid them $70 to turn my front rotors and replace the pads with some I had purchased. They left a huge and very sharp ridge on the inner edge which then damaged my brake pads. Rotors were glazed from excessive use of the grease that is supposed to keep the pads stuck to the calipers. UPDATE (8/25/11): Owner responded to BBB complaint I filed. He came to my house when I didn't answer the phone. Wanted to know what was wrong, why I filed a complaint. Told him what my trouble was; Owner claims they never do things like that... either way, he was interested in resolving the issue. He said "all complaints should be brought directly to me because I doesn't want people to be upset". I will concede that it is possible he himself was unaware of some things. I have purchased tires in the past, always new, and never an issue. I recently purchased new tires, low pressure light went on within 48 hours of purchase, I was out of town and took to a tire for air. Pressure ok on all four. Took back to shop, they checked pressure, light never went off. Sensor indicator was damaged and broken during installation, mechanic was not honest enough to bring to my attention. Subaru had to replace and cost me $91.00+ they provided me documentation that this could only happen during breakdown of old tires. I have sent two notices to Ordaz Tires, which have been ignored. Sending one additional notice, then it's small claims court. Very displeased with their service and highly disappointed. read more

needed a new tire because one of them was about to blow, paid 30 bucks for a decently used one, only to find out later today it was making noise. Checked what was wrong, and took off the bolts only to find that two of my bolts were stripped. I couldn't get it to go back on without stripping them even further. Now I'm out quite a bit of money to get the tools to fix the job, AND i cant make appointments to my mechanic to fix an unrelated issue the next morning. 1 Star. -------------- UPDATE I called them back 3 days later, the tire started driving me nuts. My father in law brought my 2014 Dodge Durango into Ordaz Tires to get 4 used tires installed. Once my father in law got the car back to his Nail Shop down the street we noticed one of the tire was installed backward (thread backward) and tire sensor not working, he brought it back in for them to fix it and they rolled the tire so its not backward anymore. He brought the car home and told me about it and I went to check the tire sensor still bad. I called a friend that work at Auto shop and he told me that they could have damaged the sensor. I brought the car back into the shop on 7-14-2016 and the owner open up the tire and show it to me and he told me he did not broke anything. They refused to investigate the damage but only refused to say they did the damage to the tire sensor. Owner than refused to fix it or even look at it. He told me to take it to the dealer and he dont care. We had a little bit of argument and we eventually called the cop. I asked him for his name and address so I could file a BAR claim but he refused me. Police showed up and the case number is 516030599 read more
