I've been having good status and good relationships with this place all along until today. My tire…read morestarted causing the whole car to vibrate. So six weeks ago I went to them needing a tire and my size supposed to be 255/55/20 and they don't have it and recommended me 255/50/20 and used one. I asked would that fricking work, really? The dude said yes. So at first it was cool as time progresses I started to feel that it doesn't seem right and the vibrating started to get worse and finally brought to mechanic today and he said damn boi, look at ur tire: bumpy looking high and low bumps right at the center threads of the tire and brought it back into the tire shop he said no warranty but obviously it supposed to be a good tire it's the torture of wrong size causing the problem to exist. So he won't give me another tire and won't offer any compensations. If I were u think twice before going they don't warranty their work!

It rubbed when I turned, so I take the car back. 3 more times!!! Each time 2-3 hours and nothing has been fixed. The last time I take it to him after work I decide to leave it with him, 8pm and I finally text him asking about my car, he went home for the day with my car still in the shop. Ok, simple mistake, he could just drive to the shop so I can get my car the next day for work at 6am... nope, Stockton is too far for him, even after I told him I have work at 6am. So he agrees to come to the shop 1 hour before opening, 8AM. That's great, instead of 4hours late to work I'd only be 3, he doesn't show up until 9:15AM. He's 15 minutes late for his own hours, I had to Uber to his shop, I got there 7:30AM. He is inconsiderate of his customers, he never came up with a solution to fix the issue he caused, he made me 4 hours late for work, I'm so done with JD tire I'm going to have to pay for someone else to fix his mistake. Do not come here. I have no idea how he has no bad reviews (except this one)
