Unfortunately, I had to give them two stars, because they price gouged us tremendously. $285 (gave us a $20 discount to be $265) to replace one part. The part itself cost only $15-$20, and it took him 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and replace the part. We could have bought a whole new dishwasher at that point. Unfortunately, we did not know how much the part cost until we looked it up afterwards, or else we wouldn't have agreed. I am irritated on their taking advantage of us not knowing dishwashers very well, and this is why I have such a hard time trusting these companies. Based on the original price, they charged us $265 just for labor for 5 minutes of work. Never again.

Bradlyn arrived promptly at 9am to service our malfunctioning dryer. We noticed that our dryer…read morestarted making a thumping/banging noise last week but only when a lighter load was being dried. Our landlord reached out to Martin's Appliance Service and Repair and scheduled an appointment for less than a week out from the time the issue started. I played an audio clip of the noise for Bradlyn when he arrived and he troubleshooted the issue for almost an hour and a half. He made sure to clean up after himself and we had great conversation about his experiences in the field while the machine was being tested. I cannot speak to the affordability of the service as our landlord was responsible for the payment, but based on our experience, we would not hesitate to reach out to this team if we have any appliance related issues in the future.
