I went to another salon to have my color fixed, and they were shocked at how bad the job had been done at Oren salon. The tone of blonde was orange tinted, washing out my skin tone. The skill level appeared sloppy. The color looked flat. I spent a week with the color from Oren salon, and tried to get used to it. My friends joked that I looked like a porn star...my boyfriend said "it's not that bad." I spent over $600 at Oren, and 5 hours. After 2 hours, he revealed my hair and it was streaky and not blonde at all. I told him I was disappointed, and it wasn't what I wanted. So he spent 3 hours "fixing" it, but ended up just painting my hair with bleach that turned it really off. He didn't take time to really hear what I was after, and rushed through it all. He was very nice and accommodating, and I know other people had great experiences, but his work on my hair was really not good. After seeing my hair fixed, by another stylist, I feel really stupid for spending half a day and $600 at Oren Salon. Also, I tried calling the salon the next day, to see if he could fix it and never got through...glad I didn't, though, because I wouldn't trust him to be able to fix it like this other stylist did! read more

Over priced and they will nickel and dime you... went to this place yesterday i like the color they gave me but am very upset about the way they over charged for every single service and for a service I'm not even sure i got. I paid $324 for what should be the most a double process 95$ for bleach 185$ for gloss and color 85$!!! For a blow dry Then i was hoping to get extensions they seem to have great quality hair. After i let him blow dry my hair i was told they didn't have my color extensions (even though i asked him to make sure to dye my hair a tone of blonde they had because i am leaving out of town) and would have to wait till the next day. The next day they wouldn't deduct my blow dry from the application process Application process 250$ Extensions 600$ Then they called me back say i would have to wait another day and pay the 150$ for the UBER to bring my extensions haaaaaaa! I went to Oren salon on March 7th with my mom and sister and we all received the worst haircuts from Shaked Lankri! I went to my regular hairdresser and she was shocked to see how they butchered my hair. I called the salon and sent them pictures of my hair my mothers hair and my sister. They offered to give us our money back in return they wanted us to write to good reviews for them. We decided to lose the $400 we spent at the salon and post these reviews so no one would be in the situation we are in now. Unfortunately we have to spend money now and have our hair fixed. My hairdresser is going to have to cut off several inches off my hair in order to fix what he did. My mom is putting in a complaint with the department of cosmetology in Florida. read more

Worst salon ever . Disgustingly overpriced and unprofessional as well as terrible behavior from the owner himself . After simply getting annoyed and frustrated when i was told one thing and then they did another , I politely stated I wasn't going to be coming back anymore , the owner verbally attacked me and cursed at me thru text message . I was so shocked and couldn't believe what I was hearing that I had to block him from my phone . My advice is , do not go there for Extentions and corrective color because you will get robbed . There are many other amazing salons that will not take advantage of their customers . Also , a man should never curse at a woman . Especially for no good reason . Where to start? Oren is the hair doctor, I came in with orange hair from a horrible dye job from another salon. We had a consultation and I immediately felt at ease. He knew exactly what my vision was and nailed it on the actual appointment day. The color product he uses is phenomenal my hair feels just as smooth as it did before I started dying it and my super sensitive scalp didn't itch as it usually does when I get it colored. Make sure you check who is doing your hair. I got a hair cut and color (roots only) and blow dry and the bill was close to $600 (with tip). The hair cut is close to $100 but. It was because they schedule me with Oren and his haircut is $250. I am not from the area and I just requested a haircut. They never asked me or told me that I was doing my haircut with their specials stylist. Which is worse it didn't feel anything special, it was just a trim and when I left the salon I didn't notice anything special. I should have said something in the moment but I didn't.
