The space is really sleek and professional, but also well decorated. Kristi (christy?) was so chill and made me feel very comfortable, even though I was buck naked (sorry not sorry lol, I didn't want a bikini line!). They picked a great color for me, it's pretty dark but looks so natural! I can't wait to see how it looks day 3 at my event, they say that the tan looks best day 3 or 4 so I'm glad I planned ahead. They even give you coupons for their infrared sauna and the massage place next door! This was my first time here, I figured what the heck I got a groupon and needed a spray tan for a wedding this weekend. The store is beautiful and very clean. As far as the quality I received was not so great. My tech Micah was a little awkward and I felt very rushed. I told her I wanted a light natural glow and got a medium darker tan. Maybe it will lighten up by Saturday. There is also a white patch on my right knee cap, which I don't have time to go get it corrected because I'm traveling for a wedding tomorrow. I've been to Organic Bronze a few times in the past for special events and I've always had great experiences. I went tonight prepping for a wedding I'm in this weekend and it was the worst experience I've ever had not only at this establishment but in all of my experiences of getting spray tans. I've always done the custom tan so I can specifically get the correct color for my skin tone and desired look. I chose the rapid tan this time and was told the rapid solution can be customized as well. The technician took me to the room and left - did not explain a single thing to me which thankfully this wasn't my first time so I knew some what of the prep work but I had questions/concerns as she never asked me what shade I was going for, what tones I usually pull, etc. Standard questions that I've usually been asked when I've been there before. I had to walk out of my room to go find her to ask my questions as she put me in a room and walked out so fast I didn't have a chance to. She returned to the room with a pre mixed solution that had no prior discussion. I proceeded to ask her if the rapid was a standard color or if it was customizable to which she had a miserable explanation in comparing the two. At this point I was standing in a room naked, being told to get on a platform and didn't have a backup plan to go elsewhere in enough time before leaving town. Once she was done, instead of explaining after care instructions, she asked if I knew them and left the room before I could even answer. The worst customer service I've ever experienced for a rather uncomfortable encounter to begin with. The technician clearly did not want to be there and she didn't care if the client knew it or not. She was very rude, not personable at all. There was just a lack of and it was really disappointing. Bad enough for them to lose a customer. read more

I liked this place, but definitely make sure you get them to spray the backs of your hands (not palms) and your feet! For some reason they recommend not to spray those areas (I thought maybe the formula was different so went with their reco) and now my hands and feet look weird. Overall the staff were very friendly and the space is super nice! I got the rapid tan medium dark formula and it was exactly what I needed. I just moved to the domain 5 months ago and had been eyeing this place for quite some time. I signed up for their email newsletter and they sent out a $25 tan special for that specific day. I thought that couldn't be beat so I made an appointment. Not sure who actually airbrushed me because she never introduced herself, nor did the girls at the front desk mention a name while I was checking in and out. The person who airbrushed me didn't explain much, wasn't very personable and rushed through the whole thing. On top of that, the tan only lasted two days. I like the convenience of this spot but wouldn't go back. Didn't find it to be any more natural looking or customizable than a versaspa machine. Definitely sign up for their email list if you're interested in trying them out so you can decide for yourself at a fraction of the price of a regular tan! read more
