OK, my current obsession is the outdoor shopping plaza called The Camp in Costa Mesa and this is one of the shops that make it just so special. A small plant shop in an airstream trailer packed with all shapes and sizes of cacti and succulents in a variety of pots and planters. I'm not really a plant person but the owner is just the sweetest lady and helped me figure out what kind of plant would work in my dark apt. She also included care instructions so hopefully I can keep it alive :) This is the perfect spot to find a gift for a plant love or beginner. I first saw a plant from Aggelige when I was eating shaved ice at Milk + Honey. I thought they were gorgeous and so unique, so I walked all over the Lab trying to find her. After 30 minutes, I found out that I walked past her shop at least 3 times because I was expecting a store and not a trailer! Even though the shop is smaller than expected, her trailer is the cutest! It's filled with so many beautiful plants! I never thought I would find cacti attractive, but her arrangements definitely changed that! I'm no gardening enthusiast, so what I liked the most about her shop is the fact that she goes to vintage stores and picks unique pots for her plants. The one that I picked was a vintage green, speckled pot that was at least 50 years old! It was pretty pricey though due to the pot, but I think it makes a great gift for anyone! They're super low maintenance and gorgeous! She also provides great instructions, so you'll learn everything you need to know :) read more

Then, helped me find an outer pot which would fit. Super nice and helpful. Helped me trim the inner pot and explained care instructions to me (I'm a plant newb). Price was very reasonable. The most adorable little shop (camper) located at The CAMP! The large terrarium is a bit pricey, but I love how it looks on my TV stand. Each purchase comes with watering instructions. I swung by yesterday after a class at Pop Physique to pick up a little something for a small bare space I had and I needed just a small enough of a planter to fill it in but I can not seem to find small planters like the ones that are sold here. I enjoy planting succulents myself and gifting them but it is easier to just buy one already made. If you are a fan of succulents and air plants then you must come here! Talk about amazing stuff!!!! My home is full of succulents and many of them are from Aggelige. Her stuff is unique, and many of them are vintage finds. Her succulents arrangements are done in such a beautiful way, and they are perfect for gifts and for small homes. I always love going into her shop and looking around, and I always end up buying something because I always find something that catches my eye! She located in the camp, so parking can be difficult but she is worth going to to if you plan on eating or shopping there. The staff is also very helpful! What a magical little place. Was looking for a mother's day gift . My sister and I would usually buy orchids but they would end up dying because she didn't know how to take care of them. My sister told me about airplants and I did a quick search on yelp and this placed popped up. I was hoping they delivered and message the business asking if they do but they didn't. So I decided to go after work. Parking at the camp is HORRIBLE. The store itself is super cute. Its in a lil airstream car. Everything is arranged beautifully. With all the plants uniquely in pots, glass hanging pots, or in wooden boxes. The ladies there are super nice and friendly. Helpful and very knowledgeable. Maintenance for these guys are very low. Weekly watery or trimming if they need it. So I know these would survive living at my mums house. Prices that I saw were ranging from $35-$185. Not too bad. Gave my mom the plants for mother's day and she loves them!! Will I return ? Yes I will. read more

What is there NOT to love about this place? First of all, it's in a mini airstream trailer. I mean, do I really even need a "second of all" after that? That's pure perfection. Her tagline is something about where nature and art meet, and it's really true. These succulent arrangements are works of art ranging from grandiose and beautiful to more practical and adorable. "An adorable cactus?" you ask. Yes, the most adorable desert plants you've ever seen. Maybe I was bracing myself for a horrible case of sticker shock, but I didn't think the prices were too bad. Starting at $12 for some very small arrangements and going up from there. The only downside is due to the eensy weensy airstream trailer, they might not have as big of a selection as some other places. But talk to the owner, she's super knowledgeable and makes loads of custom designs too. read more

How cute is this place? I've seen florists; I've seen garden centers; I've seen greenhouses, but I've never seen any place quite like this before. It's a very specialized shop that sells succulents, terrariums, cacti, and tillandsias. It was a major "find" for me, as I needed something small to decorate my porch area. There are different sizes and price ranges, so you can always find something to fit your budget. I chose a succulent in a small, blue, ceramic pot that is the perfect addition to my décor. Really cute "store"! This business is located at the Camp, across from Seed People Market inside a Gulfstream. The owner is Aggelige and she sells different succulents in different sizes of pots and varieties. If you've ever been to Milk + Honey, you see a lot of her items there. My favorite ones are the tiny pots with several different varieties all squished in there. They're seriously very cute. Today, I got one with a metallic pot and a little bird glued on the side. It was so cute and she packed it up securely in a Chinese takeout box with tissue. She laughed because she asked if it was a gift and I said, decisively, "Nope! It's for me!" The products here can be a bit pricey for the size. Mine today was $12 and the pot's the size of a small styrofoam coffee cup. However, it's worth it to support a small business owner and horticulturalist/artist at that. The products are whimsical and would be great for a hostess gift or for that friend that loves nature and artsy stuff. The only downer is that there's not a ton of items to choose from, mainly because I'm guessing she doesn't have a high turnover. For example, there were only two birdy ones for me to choose from today. read more

I was looking for a place to get a cute succulent arrangement as a thank you gift for my sister. She's not a flower person, but LOVES succulents and cacti. When you buy an arrangement here, you are buying a small piece of art. I spent $20 on a small arrangement, but its well worth the money. Many people spend at LEAST $20+ on a bouquet that will die within weeks. This little arrangement had several different kinds of succulents, with different colors and delicately arranged into a beautiful piece of art. It's the perfect gift, especially for those that are notorious for killing plants. Yes, its possible to kill succulents, but not easy. I'll definitely be back here! read more

Seriously, this is my favorite shop from the camp. Omg. This place is super cute. They make custom plants and center pieces. The only reason I have 4/5 stars is they are expensive. It's not super expensive but literally I liked everything in the store but I can't afford everything. One hand stamp/ print card is $2.50 which is good price but everything else is $35-$40 and up for a tiny super cute plant in a glass ornament. But seriously if I was rich, I but everything!!! read more

Oh my goodness. I have NEVER seen such a PRECIOUS little store! This cute little succulents boutique is like a ray of sunshine. This little store is a vintage metal motor home stationed in The Camp. Now, it is anything BUT an old little metal motor home, it is filled and decorated with pots and bowls of all shapes, sizes and delicate designs of adorable succulent plants. Adorning the outside is also displays of more vintage pots with succulents. My boyfriend and I trotted over there, like Florance C., after seeing the succulents from Organic Designs purchased by Milk & Honey. We came right as the sun was shining into this darling place, and the girl sitting inside sweetly greeted us "hello!" I almost died. I really did. I walked up the 3 wooden stairs and like Elmer Fudd tip toeing around hunting Bugs Bunny, I so carefully stepped into the shop, and oh so carefully walked into succulent paradise. The girl, I wish I got her name, was SO nice and sweet and talked to me about which one I should choose and how to care for the succulents. She also gave me a great suggestion to make my own succulent bowls by buying air plants :) I bought a flat round bowl with a cute little succulent family within for $18.00, and was contemplating some $12 little pots (almost like mini flower pots) for my desk at work. She even offered to hold my succulents while I walked around so they wouldn't suffocate in the car :) To friends who move in the future: I will definitely be back here to buy housewarming presents for you and possibly some to adorn our work desks :) read more

Just bought my first succulent from this adorable airstream trailer. I was so excited to take this plant home and place it in our new place. I found a perfect spot in the middle of our coffee table. As soon as I set the plant down my cat decided to investigate our new guest. Needless to say my budding flower from the plant didn't survive the night and the cat took a bite from one of the aloe leaves. The plant is now safely outside and I still love it despite my pet who looks at my plant as lunch. read more
