Booking process online was seamless and I appreciated being able to add-on services like oven cleaning. They arrived within 10 minutes of the arrival window ready to go. I told them they could more or less ignore the furniture and focus on the apartment itself. They were very kind the whole way through. They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. I've had multiple crew members in my home: Karla, Adriana, Adela, and Hazel. Every single one did a fantastic job. I didn't have to ask them to go back over anything and I'm picky. I speak Spanish but I think language is not an issue because they have a strict checklist and I'm certain they would just call the supervisor for help if you're struggling to communicate something. Both times a newer employee cleaned, a supervisor came at the end to check their work. The company handles payroll, etc. for these cleaners who are their employees, all above board, and they have a good online system. Only issue I had was with scheduling confirmation and they apologized profusely and fixed the issue. A+++++, 10/10, 100% worth it. We experienced multiple serious issues, including ovens being left on several occasions and the walk-in refrigerator door being left open overnight. These are not minor oversights--they create significant safety, operational, and financial concerns. Communication was also very disappointing. In particular, my interactions with Kathy were consistently unprofessional and made resolving these issues much more difficult than it should have been. Overall, the lack of reliability, attention to safety, and professionalism has left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend considering other options before choosing this company.
