Warning you will most likely get an infection from this place. Yesterday April 26, 2023 was my first time there to get pedicure for my husband, my mother and I. Horrible experience we made appointment for 5:30, and once on our way I called to confirm again and the lady that answered my called hanged up on me because she didn't understand me. I get there they tell me to sit and wait for 15 min, then they proceed to place on in one of the pedicure chairs and fill up the water tank for my feet so I thought now she would begin to work on me, but she just left once one of her loyal customers arrived and began to work on her I could not believe it because I thought it was all a joke. Well when they began to work on my husband feet the lady over cut my husbands toenail and made it bleed quit a bit, no big deal we thought it could happen but after a few hours during the night and all of today he had to much pain I checked the toe was swollen and when I squeezed the side of the mail from which the lady over cut and made it bleed had now some puss or yellow bloody liquid coming out of it. We will be visiting the doctors office tomorrow due to fear that this might get worst. Please save yourself from this horrible experience. read more

After seeing my colleagues gel manicure I was determined to go with Kathy and get my nails done by her. So I made sure to call and schedule an appointment with her. I found this place about 6 months ago and the first few times was satisfied, especially with the $18 gel manicure price but the last few months my gel manicure does not last longer than a week. For the price I would appreciate at least 2-3 weeks. It's been about a week & my polish is already chipping & lifting. And it's not the first time it's happened this soon. I get my nails filled every 2-weeks and I really can't justify paying $35+ at other places. I come here for Cathy, she's legit. $25 for a fill + gel, including tip. AND, the polish never chips and my nails have never broken. I'll have one pop off once in a while (which is normal for me), but that's about it. I always make an appointment, occasionally I'll have to wait a few minutes, but I'm typically in and out in about 45 minutes. read more

My daughter obtained a big toe nail fungus from here and had to go to the Dr. For antibiotics and a puncture to release the infection....The woman next to me had a nail fungus with a black toe nail..I asked her if she wAs taking medication for that and she said no and that she probably got it from this place here because she's been coming here for 30 years! ....They dont sterilize any of their equipment between customers.. I work in a hospital and see this kind of infection from non compliant salons frequently and some patients end up in kidney failure from all the antibiotics given to them from this type of infection obtained from salons like Glamour Nail in Ontario. read more

I came here with my mom to get her nails done and she was looking at their color pallets and Cathy literally took them away from her hands with out even asking! She was so rude so we decided to leave and go to another place. The prices aren't that great for the quality of the nails. I got mine done and they weren't the same size and one of the nails was crooked but she denied it and said that it was fine. The nail polish is patchy and clumpy as well. Got a mani, pedi.. I picked my color, they tried to talk me in a gel, but I wanted a particular color so no.. She proceeded to polish my nails but couldn't open the nail polish bottle, so had to chose another color, but she said "too old".. Had to settle for a totally different shade.. Ugh! Now for my pedicure, I asked for callous remover, after she applied it she instantly placed my feet back into the water.. She spent very little time on my scrub, and buff.
