i've always driven past this place and needed a quick pedicure as it's been a couple months. They were able to squeeze me in right away. It's a clean environment. The staff is friendly. Didn't offer any drinks or anything though (to be honest I wasn't even offered anything at all). My pedicure was quick and fast. They do a timer to prove the massage is the 15 mins or whatever you pay for but for me it was just a rub for 10 mins, I felt like the cleaning was rushed. Stay away from the male nail tech named Henry. This man BUTCHERED my nails. He cut me twice on two different fingers and when I told him that using the acetone on my fingers hurt, he did it anyway. Another lady had to complete the job. I showed the manager my butchered nails and she was only willing to give $5 off even though my nail job looks like a $20 dollar job done by an aspiring nail tech on the side of the road. My mom and I went here on a whim to get two pedicures and for her to get her acrylics removed. The reviews seemed promising. It is a very cute vibe, very aesthetic . However the customer service does not match the aesthetics. The man who took off my mom's nails was arguing with her because she kept having a jerk reaction to the pain he was causing her. He acted like she was wrong for moving when in reality he was wrong for using a weird technique that was super painful for me. Additionally the lady who did my pedicure was texting the whole time, rushed my pedicure. I asked for skinny French tip and I emphasized that I wanted it to look square. She somehow ended up making it a rounded French tip and kept insisting it looked good. the entire time she gave me a massage she kept telling me how good the massage was, even though it wasn't because she would stop to text! Her other coworkers saw all this and apparently it's normal because nobody told her to stop. She didn't clean up my toes well either although again she kept bragging on how great she was at cleaning up fast lol For the terrible customer service and the bad job, I'm surprised by how expensive this place was too. Quality and prices. I showed the nail tech a picture asked if they did acrylic on toe nail service to fix nail imperfections. I showed him the images I uploaded. He said yes. If he would have said no I would have gotten the regular gel pedi and left happier... I would have been fine with we don't do that here. But ok I sat, I was there almost 4 hrs, when I tried to speak up he said just wait I file... he sure did, filed into my toe skin. In the end, the nails are THICK, they did not correct anything... they look worse than my natural nails...they are all un even. Both feet the nails are a mess. I left with white gel polish in the crevices of my nail bed and skin around the cuticles. Gentleman was on the phone while giving me the "massage" the stones (which I paid extra for) touched my legs once, literally a tap like he was testing temperature then never came back in with them. He never even started the timer just showed me it. I am sure he massaged a minute, yes, 1. He was on the phone and in the end I paid $189!!!! I filled out their survey at the end and they never contacted me or sought a resolution. If I would have had time, I would have gone the next morning to get them removed because the cuts around the nails from the file kept me up and using uses was uncomfortable. The cuts stung for two days. I didn't go again because I paid almost $200! I'd be crazy to go back there so they can talk about me in their language. No thank you, there are other salons in the area that do better quality work with better service at more reasonable price. I rather tip more. I do not recommend here especially if you're seeking to relax and decompress, I left more upset and frustrated, more tense than ai walked in. Nails are nice , but that's not why I'm giving 2 stars . Pretty nails but rude service. I felt like I was being made fun of the entire service. The lady mentioned how I have big nails , my hands are dry and asked me if I bite my nails all loud , ( I work in a kitchen and just moved homes) . Also cut me with the drill then said " oh stop moving, you move too much ", I wasn't moving at all. Then she kept telling me to relax over and over but I was trying to but couldn't. Then the ladies were all talking and looking at me and laughing. I didn't know what was said but it didn't feel right. Mind you this was Mother's Day. Also , Is cuticle cutting not included with a full set ? I was charged and extra fee for her cutting my cuticles. Then at the end when it was time to pay , I felt like the man in the front just rushed me to pay and get out. I was trying to read the iPad charges and he was like getting louder "over here pay , over here " and I was like yes I know I'm just reading the charges. And he was like "140" over and over. Went in to get my petty and a new set of nails I always go here and get the acrylic nails done. The lady who went to put on my nails did not explain to me that she was going to put on the gel X nails that cost $75. She said it was healthier for my nails so I did agree. But I did not agree to her, putting them on crooked not fixing them correctly terrible nail polish. Now I went in to get them fixed and they would like to charge me $60 to fix their mistakes. Not sure what happened. My mom and I have come here for years. They hurt us both with their fingernails digging into our feet when they were scrubbing them. They were very rough pulling my mom's legs when repositioning them between in the water and on top of the foot rest. She's 76!!! Their paint colors were old and they kept asking about gel. We both said we wanted regular polish. I don't like gel because you have to rough the nail up first which over the long term isn't great for your nails. Anyways, they asked three times. Annoying. Then when I saw their old nail colors in the bottle. She had to keep adding acetone to the bottle to liquify it to make it usable. That tells me it's probably old and been sitting a while or it's been used so much it's probably time to get a new bottle. Then at the end when I looked at the paint job. It was lumpy! I've never had a lumpy pedicure before. Wow! Gonna have to find a new nail place. Sad because we've had a lot of good times here. read more

Little do they know I understood Vietnamese and let's just say they use derogatory terms for someone that's overweight referring to other clients & I was too tired to say anything and I knew it was the last time I would be there, but I just think you guys should know when planning for services.
