He gripped my toes so hard that he left visible nail prints on them. The bottom of my nails are now bruised and sore (see attached picture). The salt scrub was insanely painful -- it felt like sandpaper being rubbed aggressively on raw skin. I was wincing the entire time. I've never had a worse experience at a nail salon. Avoid this place at all costs, and most importantly, avoid Andy. Never going back. Zero stars.

She's incredibly meticulous and pays attention to every little detail, you can tell she's a perfectionist in the best way. I love the shape she gives my almond nails, and she always listens to exactly what I want. She never rushes and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the final result. Brian does my pedicures, and I always enjoy his massages, they're one of my favorite parts of the appointment! My daughter also comes here and gets her gel builder done by Annie and her pedicures with Kim. She's just as happy with their work as I am, and we both plan on continuing to come here. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy it is to book appointments. They currently don't have online booking through a website, but scheduling through Instagram DM is quick and convenient for me, they respond promptly. One of the biggest reasons I'll keep coming back is that they respect their customers' time. When I have an appointment, I'm seen on time instead of waiting 20-30 minutes like I have at other salons. That makes a huge difference and shows they value their clients. I took my daughter to get a pedicure and I asked for an acrylic overlay on her big toe because she had a crack. I had to go back a few days later because of acrylic that they put on was not put on correctly and it started lifting. As we went to go get it fixed the lady that was working on her nails. Tried to use the same dirty gloves that she had just used on the previous client. I made her change her gloves because that was disgusting and very unsanitary and unprofessional. During the process of her trying to remove the acrylic off my daughter's toe nail, we asked her to soak it off because the acrylic was still on her real nail. She tried to lift it off and was ripping my daughter's real nail. She finally listened to our request and soaked off part of the nail. As we're waiting for the nail to soak off, she goes to another client and uses the gloves that she just used on my daughter and tried to come back to remove the acrylic from my daughters nail using the same gloves that she just touched the other clients foot. I asked her to remove the gloves and at that point she told me that she didn't touch the other clients foot with the gloves when I watched her do so. And that client that she was working on came in having issues with their toenails as well as his wife. When I talked to the guy in the front I told him about the issue and what was going on and he tells me what was the purpose of you coming here. Very unprofessional and so rude. So I would highly recommend you guys not going to this nail salon if you don't want to catch an infection.
