Today I went to check out these Nail place here in Fresno CA, and I had the worst experience because they made me wait 20 mins for my services plus I got to experience the miss treatment that the owners give to their employees is so horrible I notice that don't have break room and they are treated like slaves and I believe the owners names are Mimi and Kenny and they were screaming at their employees rushing them to do the next customer with out a break or a sip of water. Plus they get so annoyed if they need to turn on their AC like they want their employees and the customers to be suffocating and sweating of the heat is crazy. Plus the man who did my pedicure I believe his name is Kenny did a horrible job my toes look worst than before I didn't know that was possible, he did a terrible job, plus the tools didn't look clean or sanitize, the place is dirty and they water down their oils and lotions never experienced something like these if I could give 0 stars I would don't deserve even 1 star, if you don't want to throw your money away do not come here to Organic nails and Spa. read more

The management staff is quite unprofessional. The owner, who has a young grade school child managing the front desk, likely won't take concerns well. On a positive side, the ladies who did my pedi and nails were very friendly. However, the message chair is not working properly, and I was charged $138. The chrome they offer is not quality do not get it beware. That is part of the poor management. Picked #95. Mim, the manicurist got going in my nails. 27 years experience! Really confident with manicuring and Great! She gave a hand massage at the end too! Made it even better! LOVE the nails! I had one of the worst experiences at this nail salon. I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this was honestly unacceptable. I took my mom to get a pedicure. I explained that she needed acrylic on one of her toenails but without the nail tips they usually use. The lady doing the pedicure spoke very little English, which I respect, so I tried explaining it a few times so there wouldn't be confusion. Despite that, Mimi told the lady doing the pedicure to put gel on my mom's toes even after I clearly explained that wasn't what we wanted. Instead of trying to calmly fix the issue, Ken, Mimi, and the lady started going back and forth with me. Nothing had even been painted yet. I was simply trying to clarify before they continued. Then Mimi grabbed my mom's foot very aggressively while trying to "fix" the situation, which made the whole experience very uncomfortable and stressful. it looked like she had so much anger in her.At that point I told them I didn't want them to continue working on my mom's feet anymore. After that, Ken started talking about us to another worker in their language while pointing at us. It was obvious he was talking badly about the situation. As if they didn't see. I calmly asked him to stop gossiping while we were still there. Ken then walked toward us again and Mimi started yelling at him to go to another room and leave us alone. The whole situation just became very uncomfortable. To make things worse, they still charged me the full price for the pedicure even though they didn't complete the service. I paid because I didn't want more drama. This was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. They stressed me out because their lack of communication skills are so poor. Their mannerisms are bad. You can't just be money hungry. Customers are literally the people who keep this business running. Screaming and yelling and aggressively grabbing your customers feet is definitely not the way to run this. Do better. I will never return. read more

Thought I'd have a self care day and get a set yesterday. The lady that did my nails was working so fast ! Even glued our fingers together. I made a comment saying , "dang you are very fast" It's been forever since I have gotten my nails done so my fingers were very sore. The lady said my nails were crooked (being 36 years old I have never been told) I responded that I smashed my nails as a kid . I didn't think to follow up with that comment . I guess the painting was all right, but everything else was absolutely terrible. She lightly touched my legs during the "massage" and didn't even rub my feet. I went with a group, and we all got the same pedicure and yet I was done nearly 10 minute before them. She rushed through and was lazy with her work. She was quiet but on task, providing a thorough but basic treatment. Very relaxing and nicely done. The fee was competitive. I have been going here since they opened but I will not be going back to Organic Nails. I walked in last week to get a pedicure and the owners were arguing. You could tell because they were raising their voices and the wife told her husband to talk in English so everyone could hear. There was a lot of tension in the salon and it was an uncomfortable situation. The poor young man that did my pedicure was rattled, he forgot a few things. I also noticed the salon is not kept up, the fabric on the chairs is peeling and it is dirty. I have observed the staff eating at the stations on several occasions. My boyfriend got me a gift card. I've never gotten a pedicure before so I wouldn't know if the quality was great or not. But the experience was nice. We went when it was pretty busy. Saturday at noon, 12:00 the salon was packed but they got us seated in 10 minutes. I got a basic pedicure with a gel polish. Clipping the nails, cleaning up the cuticles, massaging the feet and legs, and polish. I think it was roughly $40. I thought it was decently priced. The nail technician was super nice, talking about the beliefs/superstition from his culture--which seem to line up with me. Almost like he was doing a palm reading. Such a nice man. I'd like to know what shape they would've done without up charge considering I came in with the same ROUND shaped nails. The girl that did my nails was very sweet and I could definitely feel the energy shift in every employee when the owner came by, probably bc he's a prick! If I could give zero stars, I would. The manager tried to explain why his work was so crappy and you can see for yourself how botched up it was. He acted like he had never held a brush to paint my toenails before. Instead of using toenail clippers, he used cuticle clippers and kept getting my nails crooked, so he had to keep cutting until there was nothing left to cut. The paint job looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. I ended up walking out before he could even do the rest of the pedicure once I saw he was actually done with my toes and all that was left was the oil, lotion and massage. When called about it, he stated it was because I wanted my toenails shorter but as I kept trying to tell him, I WANTED THEM EVEN. He was very agitated and extremely rude to me until I got to the point that I just had to cut off the phone call. He should never be allowed to perform pedicures on clients. I gave him the opportunity to just give me my money back and he refused. I have never in my 35 years of getting pedicures had one that was so botched up in my life. I have never once requested a refund from any establishment, partly because it is just not worth my time and partly because I have never felt that I had received such bad service that it was warranted however, this manager not owning up to his poor performance is just appalling to me. read more

I went to organic nails today for a pedicure and manicure. I wanted a French manicure, but I forgot what it was called so I said pink and white acrylics but when I sat down to get my nails done, I told him I changed my mind. I want the French manicure with gel. The owner, starts to get a little rude and told me Acrylic is better and that I had changed my mind after he already cut my nails short and I said that's OK. They'll grow back. Then he started talking in his language to the woman I think that's his wife or part owner, and was telling her to do my nails cause she's getting ready to work on somebody else and she was so rude that she pushed her cart to hit the table. Didn't speak. One word to me kept yelling I believe in Vietnamese to him talking back-and-forth, her face was very disgruntled, grab my arms, very harshly and tugged on them. . I was very disappointed in their service and that you can't change your mind if you want to . Needless to say I'm going to through cancer treatments and this is the first time in a while that I was able to get this done due to my blood counts And then I come out to cry in the car because of how rude I was treated this is my favorite place to go to. This is literally the worse experience i've ever had! i get basic dip nail powder which never takes longer that 30mins i was in that salon for over and hour!! the man doing my nails ripped my real nail first when carelessly removing my previous dip then used and old bonding and so my nails came out lumpy, uneven, & crooked!! This place is horrible, rude staff and bad service. My nail was completely broken off and then repeatedly dipped in acetone. I told the nail tech that my finger nail was gone but he proceeded to do so. I immediately wanted to leave and speak to a manager but the front desk lady said she was only here to collect the money and thats it. HOW GREEDY!! This used to be my go-to place but it has really gone down hill and it's so disappointing! It's very messy/cluttered in there and I don't think they are cleaning their instruments appropriately. Their massage chairs are my favorite and I really like most of the people there. I recently got my nails done and the man wreaked of cigarettes and did such a messy job on my set of nails. He cut my pinky nail to where it was bleeding and then just covered it in nail glue. I hope they read these reviews and try to clean up the place a bit. read more

The nail tech who did my nails really rushed through them and didn't even say acknowledge me when she was done lmao. She literally just got up and walked away to her next client who was a returning client. She was very kind to her and talkative so they pick and choose who they put effort into... I had to go back the next day cuz I noticed when I got home that my nails were uneven and they filed them down to fix that issue but I also told them that the polish was very messy on the sides and back of my nails but they didn't fix that. And this was after 1 week of having them. They looked so bad so fast! I was disappointed bc I had high hopes for this place. I also was told I'd be charged $40 and got charged $48 so that was unexpected. I won't be returning and I'll be going back to my old salon Nails Club since they have better service. I've gone to them multiple times and they've never made my nails look like this salon did literally after one week. I'm still shocked at how they got so bad so fast. And I don't have a job where I'm constantly using my hands that would cause them to erode faster (dishwasher, medical field, etc.) so it's just crazy to me. So last Wednesday my friend and I decided to get our nails done. Our appointment was at 2:30 and once we got there they seated my friend first and told me to wait for the next nail technician available. I would say I waited about twenty minutes.  I got a French acrylic nails with rounded shape. They turned out to be the worse that I've ever got which I felt it was rushed. I took a shower this morning and then noticed one of the nail had bubbles. I tired of ignoring them, but couldn't stop stare and decided to peel all of them. My sister got her press on nails and she's had them at least two weeks and their more long lasting then the ones I got. So, pretty much mine lasted for three days. read more

Unfortunately I didn't have a great experience here at all. I communicated to The Nail Tech who I believe her name is Mimi that my nails hadn't done so great with the gel so I paid more to get dipping. Unfortunately within one day my nail already cracked and so I went back to get it repaired but instead of providing quality customer service she proceeded to go back and forth with me about why it was my fault my nail shipped and I could have hit something when I knew I didn't hit anything . It wasn't a great experience at all because everyone began to look at me as if I was causing a scene. As the days went on within the first week my nails began to crack More multiple times and the gel I paid extra for on top of the dipping to secure my nails Just begin to peel Causing my nails to look horrible On a trip I was going to That weekend period This is my second time Having a bad experience here so I will no longer be using this nail company. read more
