When they first opened I was excited because it's very close to my home. The place was packed. I was sitting next to the register and every single customer that was leaving got sticker shock and were upset and arguing about the prices being not being what was posted nor them being told that they would be charged extra for weird reasons, so that put me immediately on alert. When it was my turn to pay my $35 nails ended up being $75 because my nail length was "medium" length so that constituted an extra charge of $40 plus because of the powder they used which I was not informed was some "special powder" not what they normally use. I don't mind paying for good work and fair prices which will keep me your customer forever, I however, despise getting blatanly ripped off. I paid and vowed to never go there again and I never did. My experience was terrible - sadly I was a customer for several years before covid happened. They did my nails for my wedding and bridal shower, vacation, etc. I always thought they did such a good job. I don't know what's changed, but the work they're doing now is AWFUL. My sister warned me about her recent bad experience but I decided to go anyway. This was my first time getting my nails done since before covid (for my honeymoon) and they messed them up so bad. I left after almost 3 hours with stains (because they don't bother to clean the caps on the polish and it sticks to their hands) which they tried to fix by just layering over and over. Because of this, my nails came out super thick and gross. They left me with cuts and when I pointed out that they were hurting me, the lady just put superglue on my skin. The manager Diana yelled at me after I told her how upset I was and only offered to take $5 off the price. She pretended she couldn't help me. I asked her if she would pay $50 for the kind of work they did on me, and she said I could leave if I didn't want to pay but that she would call the police and she already took down my license plate. This place used to be a great place to go but as of lately it is not. The owner seems to not be any to hire anyone else so the wait times are terrible if anyone is in there. I went in for a pedicure which I paid over $50+ for. She used a opened 1/2 used package of lotion on me and didn't even do most of the services listed. The time before that I had went in for a fill on my nails which she refused to give me a price on before hand and then charged me $70 on afterwards and I ended up with and infection on her f of my fingers once my nails was removed. This was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. Only three people work there one of them is the owner she's the only one that can do nails, but she cheats you on your fills she doesn't do the whole nail. She just does the bottom part and Just files down the rest which makes it very thin so I didn't even get to my house, which is only five minutes away, and one already broke you would've thought she would've fixed it for free since I just left but she charged me $10 after me calling and asking what it was gonna cost I was quoted a different price also quoted a different price for my nails and was charged $10 more plus the two girls that she has doing pedicures have only worked there for two days and they're brand new out of school had no idea what they were doing but yet still charged me $55 for a pedicure that was horrible, you would think she would charge lower prices with them since they are brand new and don't know what they're doing instead of charging a full price I had to tell the girl the steps to do it because she had no idea what she was doing and even then it was horrible. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. Paid $76 for the worst dip manicure done by the owner, Diana. It was a $25 add on for a manicure and the manicure totaled 3 MINUTES. She did not cut my cuticles thoroughly and rushed through the entire "manicure." I had so many hangnails when she was finished and to make matters worse, the cuticle cutters were NOT sanitized. I was also bleeding and she tried to put superglue over my cut but I did not let her. After the 3 minute manicure, I passed on the cuticle oil because the brush of the oil was literally a ball of gunk that looked so unsanitary. She made me pay for the full manicure service and I left with more hangnails than I came in with, bleeding, and dried nail polish all over my skin. Worst experience in all my years of getting manicures over all of El Paso. Spoke to my friend about my experience and she told me she's heard the same from others about this salon. The owner was so rude and unacommodating to me when I voiced my concerns. Not once did she offer to fix my nails or make it right. She insisted that I pay the full $76. Won't ever return. read more

I went in the other day to get a manicure and there was only 2 nail techs for a busy Friday. I decided to wait but when I was seated at a station I noticed it had not be cleaned/sanitized as I could still see nail dust in the table. I requested the tech clean it before she start but she just got upset and started saying thing under her breath. I decided I no longer wanted service so I decided to get up and leave as I did that the tech began screaming at me to sit back down. I told her no and proceeded towards the door when the Asian lady jumped on grabbed my phone and started running away with it. Worst experience. I'm beyond disappointed with the service I received here. The owner is very deceitful and is also abusive with her workers. I came in and requested a pedicure and full set of nails. I got just a regular full set, short and coffin shaped. I got my pedicure done by one of the employee's nothing wrong with her service. Once my pedicure was done I move to station to complete my full set. The owner was extremely distracted with a conversation she was having with one of her employees and ended up cutting me with her filer on the sides of my fingers on both hands and putting super glue on the cuts. I let her know she was hurting me and all she kept saying is sorry. I honestly just wanted to tell her to stop, but did not want to walk out with half done nails. At the time of payment she tried to charge me $25 more for the full set. She said because she did the coffin shaped and her prices say $40 and up. I got a regular short full set. Just for shaping your nails to coffin style does not justify $25 hike. I remind her of all the injuries she gave me for her distractions and she said ok I'll give you an $11 discount but for next time. I said ma'am you need to give the discount right now because I don't plan to come back ever. She got upset and said if I can't get your business again I won't give you the discount. So I insisted that was not right and as a business owner she should be accountable for her actions. She said no and then told me she was going to deduct the $11 from her worker that did my pedicure. My hearth sunk. I told her but your worker did nothing wrong, you are the one that cut me on both hands. She insisted she would take the discount from her employer. A friend and I gave this place a try today as I was in town to visit her, and needed my nails done. The establishment was empty when we arrived and there was ere 2 employees. We were dealt with separately and ended up not finishing together. 3 stars because my nails do look good , my toes will have to be repainted upon my arrival back home due to a rush job. Went in to get a manicure and I usually never do, and they told me they were booked. When I was ready to leave in my vehicle a gentlemen walked out and said his mother can do my manicure. This was like my fourth manicure ever and I work in healthcare so my hands are a mess but the tech (mother of the gentleman) who did them, did a lazy and poor job. Plus I paid 20 dollars and had to drive to an ATM to get cash because their system was "down" and that was like an extra $5.50 that I was charged for not using my banks ATM machine. If you like to feel pain during pedicure, then this is the place for you. If you like being treated rudely then you found the right place. If you like over-paying for amateur job I totally recommend this place! My mother and I went into this salon for manicure and pedicure. Talk about going back to Medieval Times. 1. Ive never felt so much pain in my life during a pedicure. The guy (who serviced me) didnt get his name, but had nice embedded diamond on his white teeth started okay. Then the nightmares begun when he started to cut deep into my toenails to remove the side cuticles. I kept bursting out in pain and he's like, "thats okay"...wtf! He than asked me if i wanted a cut down and i replay yes. OmG, I got a "cut down" alright. Extremely short! Now I'm worried I might get ingrown toenails that's how short the cut down was. You get the picture. 2. My mom wanted manicure to remove the roughness around her fingertips. She told the owner (the female) she didnt want nail polish but that lady turn deaf ears. My mother try to explain to her she don't want any nail polish but she wanted the dry skin to be treated/removed. She didn't treat her hands like a professional. She didnt treat her cuticles at all. Not even pushed her cuticles back. She insisted on putting the nail polish onto non treated manicured hands. My mother frustrated tried to reason with her, but she responded by saying, "I know what I'm doing, let me do my job." Next she grabbed the big metal foot scrub the big one that you use on pedicures to remove calluses on my mother's fingers attempting remove dried cracked skin. Obviously she was using the wrong tools and it was barbaric. When my mother confronted her about it she then started to use foot pumice to remove the dead skin. During the service that lady gave my mother 3 different prices and ended up paying $45 for a piss poor job on a manicure and another $45 for a pedicure. We both walked out of there with such a disappointment. What waste of our time and money! DONT LET THE INTERIOR DECOR FOOL YOU! WHAT'S worse was witnessing guy placing dirty tools into sterilized pouch without properly sanitizing the tools. It's good thing they like to use the crap load of alcohol spray during my pedicure. Ok I used to go here about once a month to get my nails done I used to pay 35 acrylics with gel and 35 with pedicure with gel.. this last time I went in I told them I wanted the same thing I always get so when I went to go pay for my services they said it was 50 for nails and 50 for pedicure I told them I always have paid 70 for both. They said it's more because I wanted gel keep in mind I always had gel in the past... Never Again.. Rip off! I have gotten my eyelashes done for over 2 years in many different places. This has been by far the absolute worst experience for me. The lady who did my eyelashes did them very fast. By the time she finished they were extremely itchy. I kept them on for a few hours then noticed they were very crooked and downward instead of upward and continued to itch. I went back to let her know I didn't like them, in hopes of getting them fixed or off and getting my money back. Instead she acted like nothing was wrong and kept telling me they were ok. Not only were they absolutely horrible but overpriced as well with no care at all for their customers needs. I ended up keeping them on and after 2 days they got even worse and were coming off on all different directions. I would give negative 2 stars if possible.
