They weren't very crowded on Saturday afternoon for lunch and we were seated abd tended to quickly. My wife, mom and I all ordered the special soup: corn & shrimp chowder. The cups were small and soup wasn't hot. My mom and wife asked to have theirs heated but I ate mine warm. It was good with lots of whole shrimp, corn and potatoes. Probably the best part of the meal. Mom and I ordered Chilean Sea Bass. Fish was beefy bland and a small piece but it was "ok". Could have been a little flakier but overall it was a bland, pretty fresh piece of fish. The Cole slaw side was tiny, but good. My onion rings were overly oily. My wife had stuffed soul abd didn't like it. She thought it was undercooked but when I tasted it I thought it tasted exactly like canned tuna. Also a small portion. The service was friendly and attentive, but the food was just very disappointing. More than the small platters (I get, it's lunch) we didn't enjoy the fish. I'd expect a seafood market like this to be better. I was tempted to upload pics of what we get at home!!! New England Seafood snobs, I guess.

The front of the restaurant is your typical tables and booths, and the in back is a small room for a for a more finer experience. By the walls are tables with 4 or more seats, with two-seated ones in the middle. There was a young group of servers waiting the tables and from I saw, they were doing an impeccable job. Upon sitting I was served with a basket of bread, which I tried to avoid at first in order to save my appetite. This is what I ordered: -Baked Ravioli w/Vodka Sauce: I was served with 5 large ravioli filled with what I believe to be ricotta topped with mozzarella. Since the restaurant is apparently known for its vodka sauce, I had to try it, which my server kindly accepted my request. He even gave me my own parmesan shaker to add myself. The ravioli was cooked perfectly; as you cut it, the ricotta mixed with the sauce, which was already rich and flavorful, and the mozzarella, making it extra creamy and stretchy. I did not have to add any salt or pepper to the dish, though I did a little more parmesan just for fun. After I finished the pasta, I scooped up the remaining vodka sauce with the bread from before and wiped the dish clean. -Homemade Tiramisu: This was by far the biggest slice I have had in my life. It had probably two layers of ladyfingers and mascarpone, at least half an inch thick. Though it was good, it was a bit on the heavier side for. Unlike standard tiramisus where it is dusted with coco powder, here they topped it with mini chocolate chips. I would have rather preferred the former instead, in my opinion. Regardless, I had a wonderful experience dining at Suppa's. I would highly recommend coming here taste their food! If you are looking to have a large gathering or just want dine by yourself, this a great place to visit!

A few months earlier, we had celebrated a family Christening in the same room and were very impressed by the friendly atmosphere of one giant rectangular table. Our guests ranged in age from 3 years old to 77. We chose one of the pre-fixe menus with dessert, and everything was delicious. The appetizer selection, five items of our choice, was served family style, as was the selection of assorted desserts. Each of the four entrée choices was served attractively and thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. There was definitely something for everyone. We used the large screen TV to run a slide show of our wedding photos and various family moments on a loop throughout the event. We also had a playlist of our favorite wedding songs set up. The waitstaff, headed by Dania, was impeccable. All requests were handled immediately. Our thanks also to Adrian, who assisted us with all our plans and made well received suggestions. It was truly an elegant, white tablecloth affair which we will always remember.

This is really good food made by a hand that cares about quality and taste. I intend to go back to this gem on Denville's main drag, and I highly recommend it.

This is a relatively small restaurant right in the heart of Denville with indoor and outdoor seating. On a Wednesday night it was relatively quiet and we didn't need a reservation. The menu is really varied with lots of different options, many on the healthy side. We started off by sharing an appetizer of Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings. These were delicious with a nice spice to them. For entrees, my wife had the chicken and eggplant and I had almond encrusted salmon. Both were very good, if I had to order again, I would have chosen my wife's dish instead. That said, the salmon served with mashed potatoes and spinach was still very good. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is easy with a lot nearby. Denville is one of my favorite towns and Cafe Metro will be a place I'll be coming back to!
