Being the beautiful table I had was bar height we needed reg height.. I was looking on Sierra living Concepts and remembered Rustic home which we had been going to look there off and on for years.. So we went in. Ash was all to wonderful to us but as I described and showed pictures of what I had and what i wanted He said No problem we can do that I am and artist.. He was always so nice to deal with. Up until he got out CC which he seemed in a hurry to get. He knew the MAIN thing I wanted was caved skirting just like my other table which he said He could do no prob hand carved from India.. Everything went to shit after he received the CC. He delivered the table in Dec. and Not only did it have rough areas it had NO skirting .. Then came the excuses for almost 8 months! Finny after calls going down there threatening small claims, Ash finally had his guy pic up the table and one chair. he said 2 days LOL well 28 days later again my husband going down there he had the table delivered. My husband went and checked it out first.. I didn't want to go because I was so angry.. Well delivery guy was great. The table and new chair Excellent! fixed the right way.. However the skirting ? This was NOT what I asked for what so ever and they didn't put new on they scrolled the skirting that was already on it... Very sad we trusted Ash and honestly he jacked us around for 8 months.. If I had only known I would have ordered from Sierra living Concepts.. over $5K and something I wanted so bad screwed up and NOT done as Asked.. I unfortunately will NOT go back.. What a shame I really liked Ash too.. but typical sales man.. I wouldn't recommend if you want a custom piece .. Sadly the nice guy seems to be the one to screw you..

I wish every store operated as seamlessly and professionally as Crate & Barrel. Dalton is truly a legend at Crate & Barrel. He clearly takes great pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. No matter what question you have, he has an answer. It's rare to meet someone who provides this level of customer service, and he made this one of the best retail experiences I've ever had. I hate to leave this review for a STORE (which I'm leaving on every store page, and then also…read morereporting as a complaint to the BBB), but the online platform and customer service has been particularly negative. We ordered a set of outdoor furniture to be delivered July 19th and chose a set specifically for the in-stock status as we need it for an event on the 25th. Today is that day. They are now saying it won't be ready until the 28th. When I reached out to customer service, they stated that there was one item (a rug) that was not in stock yet, so they'd be holding the WHOLE order until then to avoid a double-delivery, or, if we wanted, WE could eat a second delivery fee, which is insane to expect of us. I requested that they delivery everything ready to us by the 24th, and they refused as its "our policy." So, to clarify, their "policy" is that if we provide you a delivery date that is inaccurate, we expect you to just deal with the consequences of a delay; therefore, when ordered from Crate & Barrel, you essentially cannot ever plan around a delivery date--not even within a week of that date, since we are being pushed 9 days out. So, be sure when using this company, you either a) plan nothing for a long period of time afterward that depends on that order's delivery, or b) do what we will be doing and use Wayfair or Pottery Barn (which is where we'll go from now on) because when things like this happen, they help facilitate solutions, not resolve it with "sorry, it's our policy."

I've done several articles of clothing from here that I really loved. There is plenty of street parking around, and you can walk to other stores and restaurants just a ways down the street. They have frequent star events where they will offer treats and drinks as well. Check this place out first your holiday shopping, or just all year round. The store and clothes weren't smelly, which was a huge plus. They also have two bathrooms available, which appear to be clean. I purchased 6 T-shirts, a pair of sunglasses, a pair of shorts, and a Sunday Afternoons hat for just $11.40. I then went back and got a furniture item because it was priced really well.
