I was here yesterday to get a notary signed and sent out!! first of all I want to say I barley go…read moreto usps to send things out I usually go to ups to scan and drop of packages that I prepaid for.. anyways I came in with my envelope prepared, address and sticker and everything... mind you im kinda distracted with other things but I told the girl who helped me that I need a notary signed and sent out. she asked me which I wanted to pay for and I ask the price difference and about the packaging it comes with. so shes telling me the prices then shows me an envelope, she looks down at my envelope, pauses and proceeds to say we would need to put it in a different envelope yada yada.. and im going along STILL not realizing that I dont even need to pay for this to be sent out but she continues to go with the charging me!! so im waiting and I realize this other lady in the back kinda looking at me crazy and im wondering why.. I proceed. then it hits me! WAIT I dont even need to be charged for this.. the girl helping me says nothing and removes the charge and continues to charge me only for the notary.. so before I leave I ask her "so just to make sure because I have this sticker on it, yall can send it out and im good. because thats me basically paying for it" she says "yes" so I leave and while im driving it dawns on me that this girl was gonna charge me and not say a thing about my sticker being on there, even after she noticed it was there after she told me i would need to put it in a different envelope.. then it makes sense to why the other girl in the bck is looking crazy because she can also hear and see everything going on!! I just wanna say I never never get on here to write these type of long reviews or even negative ones period but when I realize this I was very upset. because this is two employees noticing this and instead of giving good customer service they look at u crazy instead of trying to help!! and I will say this even if they didnt "notice" which im %100 they did the people behind the counter need to be more attentive when it comes to things like this because I wouldve been charged and had to return and get a refund, but what if I never even noticed?? thats money gone and u dont know what when or how people got things going on. this is very unprofessional and not ok at all!!

When I called to find out about a replacement, the woman on the phone quickly retrieved the information and gave me a very reasonable price for not only the mailbox, but it included changing it out and taking away the damaged one. The job was done in a week's time and it was a pleasant surprise to come home and see it all fixed and looking nice. This is one project/repair that went smoothly from start to finish. When dropping off at the store, they always verify my package dimensions/weight and kindly provide me with a receipt. The one time I did use their services for packing/insurance it was expensive but they did fantastic work. So much so that the woman receiving the package actually called me to compliment on my packing job! (I fessed up and admitted it wasn't mine) UPS Ground is the most reliable and reasonable service around because of their superior delivery network and the shipping is worth it, in my opinion.

To the owner: charging $2 just to tape a customer's box sends the wrong message, especially to repeat customers who consistently support your business. I understand businesses have costs, but a few inches of packing tape is a minimal expense that goes a long way in building customer goodwill. Customer loyalty should matter. Policies like this make long-time customers feel nickel-and-dimed rather than appreciated. A small courtesy for repeat patrons would create far more value than the $2 collected for tape. Your employees are fantastic, so it is definitely managerial. Now I know why you're at 3.1 stars on Yelp as of the writing of this review. I hope you'll reconsider this policy.
