He also set up glue traps in the attic to catch any that were already inside. The service was prompt, efficient, and handled with professionalism. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process. You can tell he knows what he's doing and takes pride in his work. When I signed the agreement, I was under the assumption the month of July was part of the $250 initial treatment to get an infestation under control, now I understand that all I was being provided was two initial treatments. I will continue to use them for the time being as I prefer supporting local and their technicians are high-quality to my knowledge, but am highly disappointed in the fact they refuse to honor the service agreement they provided me. If they make this right, I will adjust this review, but not until then.
